1948 remodeled home, modern, newly built upstairs guest studio located in the heart of Austin, Texas. This particular bungalow was built in 2015, has hardwood floors, central heat and air, air jet bath tub and tempurpedic mattress. One of the most beautiful details of the treehouse is our reclaimed wood. My husband was born and raised in Austin and has taken part in recyclying wood from old Austin homes and milling trees that have fallen only to repurpose the wood for our treehouse.

The deck looks over peaceful Barons Creek where deer and turkeys are often seen. It is 1 mile from the heart of downtown. This has never been an actual barn but is constructed like one.
