Wolf Pen Creek park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

This 4BR/3BA secluded home is tucked away on a heavily wooded, fenced 10 acre tract, surrounded by towering post oaks, located only 14 miles from Kyle Field. We do not limit to 10 guests, but we offer that the house will comfortably sleep 10. The property is fenced, but will not contain pets. Family/friend gatherings are welcome.
