Enjoy a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a mountain view in Buermoos. The apartment sleeps 5 people and is about 30 minutes from Salzburg city. The train station is within a 2 minute walking distance from the apartment which will take you to Salzburg main station. If you prefer to use the car, we offer free parking for 1 car (more vehicles are possible upon request). If you are looking to bring work along, we have you covered - the apartment offers a work station with an extra monitor.

Geräumige und ruhige Unterkunft. Die Einrichtung ist nicht modern, jedoch gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Platz für 2 Kinder bis 14 Jahre auf der Schlafcouch in der Küche. Die Küche ist ein Durchgangsraum zum angrenzenden Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Das Badezimmer mit WC und Waschmaschine befindet sich auf dem Flur. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Café und 24-Stunden-Shop in unmittelbarer Nähe. WLAN im ganzen Haus und extra Kabel am Schreibtisch für einen stabilen Internet-Zugang z.B. für Homeoffice.

Vermietet wird eine wunderschöne 120qm Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Neukirchen ist 10 Autominuten von Braunau und 40 min von Salzburg entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Gasthäuser, eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung besteht aus: Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbett Schlafzimmer mit Matratze auf Lattenrost 140x200 und einem zusätzlichen Bett mit 90x200. Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch die Man auch zum schlafen nutzen kann und einem Bett 90/200 2 Bäder WC, Küche und Balkon

Burghausen`s Old Town is reachable in few minutes by feet, car or bike, also the Wöhr-Lake with its bathing beach. (about 2km) Salzburg is reachable by car in under an hour.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Small apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is in a quiet location and yet very central. Mattighofen train station is a 12-minute walk away. Salzburg is approx. 45 minutes away by car, Braunau am Inn approx. 20 minutes. Doctors, shops and cultural facilities are just a few minutes' walk away. According to § 47 Abs. 2 of the OÖ-Tourism Act 2018, a local tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged, which is already included in the price. This amount is paid to the municipality.
