With a picturesque view you’ll be immersed in the vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafes. At 72 square meters, the studio offers a generous layout with a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom, complete with a washing machine. Please note: there is no lift in the building, so be prepared for a few stairs.

The bus stop is situated directly in front of the block of flat.Train stop No. 3 to the city center just 5 minutes walk from the house.This apartment is in retro style.
