It has a large living area with a long table and 6 chairs, a matrimonial bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a fully-equipped separate kitchen. It is on the raised ground floor further along the courtyard with a private entrance, ensuring plenty of quiet and privacy. Everything has been newly renovated in this apartment, including the floors and windows which are double-glazed.

House 66 - unique attic in historical center

the Large Attic is a very spacious loft apartment. It features a complete kitchen, large dining table and seating area with plenty of storage and a television. There is a wooden ‘nest’ bedroom complete with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Above this bedroom is a small loft with a bed (150cm) that can sleep 2 cosily or 1 more comfortably which has a special ‘secret view’ of one of Brasov’s hidden historical gems. A small second bathroom completes this apartment.
