The natural setting surrounding the house is lovely and private. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen tools and supplies. The beds are very comfortable and it's quiet for sleeping. We spent most of our time in the all-glass kitchen, which despite so-so weather felt like we were outside when inside - really special room. Chris was very easy to reach and communicative for anything we needed. We enjoyed a wonderful extended family weekend and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in the Hamptons during the off-season, which is our favorite time to visit. The house was fantastic—exactly as described, and the photos matched perfectly. It was well-stocked with essentials like cookware, towels, and more. Lindsay was very responsive to the few questions I had, even though they weren’t related to the home (surfing advice). The check-in instructions Lindsay provided were clear and detailed, covering everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time with our family and enjoy the Litchfield area! Perfectly clean home, beautiful property, stylish and comfortable! We had everything we needed to do some light cooking, Kevin and Jerry quickly answered questions and gave great suggestions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The Farmhouse was very cozy and clean. Communication was great and Chelsea was very accommodating, as I was traveling with two small children and the schedules can be tricky. The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved would be curtains in the bedrooms. As soon as the sun came up you are up. Very bright. But overall I would stay here again.

Maria's place is gorgeous, just as described. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood and right next to the lake, just 10 to 15-minute drive from the Main St of East Hampton / Sag Harbor. They have an outdoor grill and kayaks on site which is perfect for a group of friends. My friends and I had a blast there and I would recommend it !

Loved everything about this place! Felt luxurious and comfortable. Beautiful space created, I played scrabble near the fire and poked through some fun books. Perfect for a quiet weekend in or just a comfortable place to lay after running around all day. Host was very efficient and friendly. Would recommend!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Our Christmas stay at Janice’s was perfect! My partner and I needed a place to stay while visiting family for holidays. The suite was very clean and cozy. We really enjoyed the not one but TWO gas fireplaces! Janice also had a small artificial Christmas tree in the living room which made it so festive and the perfect place for us to rest and watch Christmas movies after days with family. The bed was comfortable and had four pillows with extras in the closet along with extra blankets, an iron and board. Janice was flexible with our check in time and very friendly. The only negative we could think of was that we’d love to have a full kitchen and the suite just has a kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven, but we knew that from the description and it was fine for a short stay. We’d love to stay here again. Really perfect for this trip.

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

We had a wonderful stay!! The lock was stuck upon check-in but the host called us (it was the middle of the night) and walked us through getting it open. She was so friendly and helpful! The place itself was perfect. Great kitchen, sleeping areas, clean and wonderfully decorated. Even with the lock issue, this was a 5 star stay and we have absolutely no complaints. We had 3 people and we felt like we had plenty of room. It’s also right down the street from the Mohegan Sun!!! So perfect place to stay if you want to visit the resort. You can’t get a better location. Also very quiet area.

Ada’s villa was absolutely immaculate! We stayed over as we were visiting Norwich Inn and Spa, which had availability for services but not for a stay. Finding Ada’s beautiful studio was amazing for us! It is on the property and there are several local restaurants close by - check out Mido Sushi! Ada left a thoughtful welcome note and his place had every amenity he advised it would, including linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee! He also provided easy to follow instructions to enter the villa. We did not need to contact him at all because he was so proactive and engaging with us! We cannot wait to come back and stay again! It is convenient to both Mohegan and Foxwoods, and we checked out Herb’s this morning, as well as Preson Ridge!

Our family had a very enjoyable stay! The home and surroundings were beautiful, everything was extremely clean and organized, our host was wonderful! We absolutely loved the tea ceremony! It was very educational! We will definitely stay here again when we return to New Haven!

I rented this home to accommodate my family of 6 over Christmas. Beautiful home and very comfortable beds, high quality linens and lots of space. I could tell the house was very well set up for summer guests too with plenty of outdoor gathering areas.

My husband and I stayed at Nicole's place with another couple for two nights. Nicole left us a thoughtful welcome sign and treats upon check in, which we appreciated. The place is in a very well maintained condo complex with multiple pools and beautiful grounds. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything a hotel might have (hair dryers, shampoo, soap, etc.) and more. We loved the little balcony that overlooked a pond with a fountain, ducks, and songbirds. Location-wise, it's perfect! Less than a 10-minute drive to Mohegan Sun, and lots of places to eat nearby. We had a great brunch at Herb's, a local landmark diner. We would definitely choose Nicole's place if we return to the Norwich area!

Katie’s home was beautiful, immaculately kept and exactly as photographed and described. We rented the home for a family reunion and needed all 8 of the bedrooms that were available. Even though we were a very large group with many kids ages 10 and under, we never felt uncomfortable or on top of each other. The two living rooms and outdoor space made it so that we all could spread out but still spend time together. The large dining room table fit our family perfectly! Katie was responsive, thoughtful and so very kind! We are looking forward to our next stay at Katie’s beautiful home!
