Welcome to our lakefront cottage on Rose Lake, an all-sports lake perfect for boating, jet skiing, and water fun! Enjoy stunning sunsets from the deck, relax by the firepit, or take advantage of the private dock. For guests with a motorhome, or camper, there’s an optional campsite across the street. To reserve it, select 6 guests in your booking (even if your group is smaller); the “6th guest” will be charged $50 per night for the campsite. Please, no more than 5 guests staying inside cottage.

Beautiful Lake cottage with spectacular views.

Small 1 bedroom lake property, with a big beautiful deck overlooking the lake. Access for boat launch. 3 Kayaks on property. Cozy and quiet neighborhood. Union City is a quiet town with restaurants, grocery store, gas stations and beautiful Victorian style homes. It was designated as Station No. 2 of the famous Underground Railroad. All sports lake. You would need to rent Jet Skis or a boat. Winter sports on the lake if frozen. Check weather updates for the lake conditions.

This quiet, yet friendly neighborhood is on a dead-end drive. It is a warm, inviting place to relax and play. Spend the evening on the deck or around a bonfire by the lake and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The cottage comes with a private dock, two kayaks, and life jackets. Totally unplugged.

During summer season you can bring a boat or jet ski's to put in at the public dock & enjoy our floating raft (no diving), dock/seawall area is a great fishing location (bring your own fishing gear), we have 2 kayaks for you to enjoy, fire pit, lots of outdoor seating in both sun &shade.

Lake Front Cottage on Iyopawa Island & Golf Course

This is a vacation property located on desirable Iyopawa Island, with Coldwater Lake on one side, and a regulation 9 hole golf course on the other. The house was recently refurbished. Fishing, Boating, Golfing, and Swimming, are literally right outside your door. We rent by the week for June through September starting on Sat. and Daily with a two day minimum the rest of the year. We are 5 miles North of the I-69, I-80 Interchange.

Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (connected to 7 miles of lakes 1100acres). Lake view is spectacular. Front room is all glass. 4 kayaks and paddleboat. On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, sking, swimming. Relax outside under 2 large shade trees on patio for those hot summer days. At night watch the moon reflect off of the lake while enjoying the fire pit. 18-hole public Coldwater Club Golf Course across the road.

Charming Lakefront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at our charming cottage. We are located on a private road with a wide-open view of Coldwater Lake, just walk down the stairway and you are there. You may dock your boat at our dock, or there are marinas on the lake who rent boats. Coldwater is the largest lake of 6 on the 17-mile chain of lakes. You can boat, walk, bike, or drive to restaurants and ice cream. Pet fee $150 per dog, by approval.
