Located in Docking, a 5 minute drive from the glorious beaches of North Norfolk and well served by high standard eateries and shops locally. Sleeping 6 in 3 rooms all on the first floor. The ground floor comprises of a high spec kitchen and dining area, laundry room and lounge with log burner. 2 bathrooms, one with freestanding stone bath and a ground floor wetroom with walk in shower. Secure front and rear gardens with BBQ and seating.

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds.
