The Royal River Run is the perfect place for a couple, small group, or family. Right along the Snake River, you can enjoy tubing, fishing, swimming, and more. HOA requires liability waiver for all adults (Find in the "House Manual" to pre-read). 1 dog under 30lbs ok w/$150 pet fee. Sandy bottom lake, but seaweed grows where shallow. The laundry room can be an office, extra bedroom, or extra storage - yellow chair beds have been removed. Longer term stays welcome.
