Completely updated in 2015 with full kitchen, two full baths and two bedrooms. A perfect place to relax, listen to the surf and watch amazing sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Our home comes with a comfy King size bed, 2 twin size beds and also a pullout couch in the living room. The Lay-Z-livin’ condos is located centrally in the Bradenton Beach community, 5 min car ride from the famous Bridge Street and Coquina public beaches. There is also beach access located directly across the street. Pool hours are 8a-10pm.

Fun facts: In 2020, Historic Kenwood was named 'NEIGHBORHOOD of the YEAR as well as a DESIGNATED ARTIST's ENCLAVE. Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed. Suitable for 2 adults (No infants or children) Walking distance to Central Ave. & Grand Central District. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, craft breweries, and shopping.
