Orchard View welcomes guests to a beautiful cozy, country stay. The accommodation is located to the left of our family home within our farmyard. Nestled in the scenic countryside of Northamptonshire, conveniently located just a few miles from Silverstone Circuit the M1, A5 & the M40 provide excellent transport links. Well equipped with microwave, mini fridge, tv & WiFi. Simple continental breakfast. Perfect as a romantic getaway, cyclists & walkers & for working in the area. Pets MUST be crated.

A cosy home in a quiet location

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A comfortable and stylish home, which accommodates a master bedroom with king size bed, a further bedroom with 2 comfortable single beds. Have a large family? There is a modern sofa bed in the living room. A well equipped kitchen to the front of the property. Sliding doors at the rear take you to a relaxing conservatory space. Beyond this is a lovely sheltered garden with patio and lawn. Walking distance to the town centre.

The Old Calf Shed

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Fantastic rural views, parking for 4 cars, an outdoor seating area and 450 beautiful acres to explore. Some of the tourist sites nearby include Silverstone, RH England at Aynho Park, Broughton Castle, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Upton House.

The Swallows :A cosy cottage in the countryside.

The Swallows is all on the ground floor. It has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is spacious with a Rayburn which keeps it cosy when enjoying you meal round the table. There is a wood burner ( you need to provide logs) in the living room with patio doors. It has an enclosed garden with plenty of parking. We are midway between the market towns of Buckingham and Brackley, and close to Silverstone, Bicester, Oxford and Milton Keynes.

The Rabbit Hutch

Self contained studio annex in a quiet Oxfordshire village pub. Sits within easy reach of Banbury,silverstone,and the Coltswolds. Just off the M40. The Rabbit hutch sleeps upto 2 adults. Features: four poster bed in a stylish living space with kitchenette/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), and bathroom with bath and over bath shower. (Access is not suitable for people with mobility issues). The pub offers a unique dining experience with peaceful outdoor spaces and country walks.

Garden studio annexe with separate kitchen and bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 (double bed and sofa beds). Essentials provided. Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

I aim to provide a comfortable stay in a friendly , quiet and relaxed country setting for both business and pleasure.

A private self-contained detached guest cottage studio room inc. King size bed, additional 2x Single (Super King) pull out, sitting area, desk / TV and separate bathroom with shower. Sleeps 4 (with pull-out bed), but very comfortable for a couple. Our lovely guest cottage is detached from a private house and has open views across the gardens. It’s light and airy and seating for 4, tea/coffee, fridge, microwave, TV and hair-dryer, and iron. Gated secure parking.

Little Beech, Evenley

Lovingly renovated, Little Beech is a detached property, offering accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in the beautiful village of Evenley, walking distance from an excellent pub as well as a village coffee shop. Little Beech is well located to explore Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. Silverstone, Bicester Village, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace and Stowe National Trust are all nearby. There are also lots of lovely walks on the doorstep.

Welcome to The Stables at Hopcrafts Farm. This self-contained accommodation comprises of a kingsize bed with an en-suite shower room. Fabulous views of the countryside and a decking area where you can sit and enjoy the setting sun in a tranquil environment. Hopcrafts Farm is a working farm. We have 4 very friendly spaniels, 2 cats, 7 peacocks, ducks and at the moment about 50 sheep with different stock and crops across the seasons.

The White Cottage, Abthorpe

A listed 2 bedroom cottage recently renovated to a high standard in a quiet village location. The cottage is surrounded by garden on three sides with 2 outdoor sitting areas. Views at the end of the garden of beautiful rural Northamptonshire farmland. This idyllic property is perfect for romantic weekends away, for small families and has easy access to Silverstone Race Track in the next door village.
