There are 2 living spaces and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has separate outside entrance and another entrance into the main house. There is also a sofa bed. There is a nice covered patio with a grill. Very spacious dining room with huge table open to TV room for large gatherings. Kitchen opens up to the living room and living room can open up to the dining/TV room. Every room has ceiling fan and all rooms have TV. Covered parking for 1 vehicle. No houses behind property.

Master bedroom has king size bed, the two other bedrooms have queen size bed, comfortable for sleeping six people the spacious living room is furnished with couch set as well with two club chairs with Ottomans. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is fully equipped, theirs a washer and dryers also available for your convenience, guest can enjoy an afternoon relaxation on the 1700sf deck or floating the river.
