If you wanna turn OFF the jets press Jets and lower the temperature at least for 3 degrees ,then will automaticly off. - Manual instruction for washing machine (in lobby),jacuzzi and ice machine on terrace are below TV in master badroom. - Coffe machine and capsules are free! - all what you see (drink,coffe,water,wine,fruit,cookies..) is complementary (free) - for every TV (three TV in apartmant ) you have two remote controler for switch off/on or changing the chanels - when you leave Luxury Towers No1 you must lock the door with the key (not just turn off the door) - you have ICE machine in apartmants lobby free for use - please do not put in jacuzzi any liquid, things or similar. Specially if you will bath on sandy beach please change the swimsuit before using the jacuzzi then. Otherwise the jacuzzi system will be blocked and broke. Also please be carefull with filters in jacuzzi dont stand on him cause will be broke. Spacious apartments with high standard furniture and interior. Very quiet and nice neighborhood close to a very nice beach (Strozanac). Green garden with big pool area and flowers. 1 master bedroom with separate bathroom and 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Side by side refrigerator with ice maker. 2 separate outside terraces for breakfast and sun beds. Sat TV and Wifi included. Apartments, Balcony, Breakfast Terrace, Pool, Garden, Parking My parents are usually staying on the top floor, so they can help out with any question or problem. They are very laid back and enjoying their retirement. They can be as present or absent as you choose. Their English is not 100% but they know how to use translate programs. Stroll to the beach in 10 minutes and to restaurants in twenty. The home sits in an authentic Croatian neighborhood, steps from a little harbor. Golf and a five-star hotel and casino are nearby, and Split center can be reached in 10 minutes by car. - Direct Bus to/from Split harbor (Bus #30 and #60; 600m from house) - Rental car or own car can be an advantage - Shuttle service (e.g. airport) can be provided upon request - Taxi (1-4 persons) from Split Center to House ~13€ = 15$ (5-6 persons for ~20€) - UBER is also very easy to find and fairly priced Price depending on group and can vary, please ask if something is unclear
