Sleeps up to 12 across 6 private bedrooms — fully furnished with all utilities, WiFi, and weekly trash included. Parking for trucks and trailers. Last summer we hosted an electrical contractor crew for a 4-month rotation, and we're set up to do it again.

Furniture is all new and the sleeper sofa has a foam mattress (it's actually comfortable.)
