I have stayed at many Airbnb's and this is the Cadillac of them all. I think Tina and Kenny had more at this guest home than I do at my house! The place was extremely clean and is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood outside of Toledo. This is the perfect place to bring your family or friends if you're in the area. If I'm ever in Toledo again and this home is available I don't even want to look at the others. Affordable too!

We stayed here for the Glass City Marathon and it was a great location. The house was comfortable and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed!

Perfect for a Girls' Weekend! The house was charming, the neighborhood was peaceful and we felt very safe. We had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Highly recommend and Annie is definitely a super host. Looking forward to another stay.

The Mini-Mansion is a great stay for smaller groups. Our group has stayed MANY times at Vince and Pathy's Mansion next door. There weren't as many of us this time (only 8) so we decided to give this home a try. It was the perfect size! The dining space and the comfy living room couches were perfect and enough room for us to play games and enjoy long talks. The game room in the basement was an added bonus too. The location is always what also draws us here.... it's central to the spa, downtown, thrift stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We like being at the end of the street which is an easy in and out to wherever our days adventure will take us!

My girlfriends and I had an absolutely amazing stay. Very Accommodating and very sweet couple. We loved the view and hot tub. Mornings were beautiful with a cup of coffee on the porch. Definitely recommend!!

Our second stay and we plan to return! Quick access to Port Clinton. We went to Marblehead and East Harbor State Park. The kids enjoyed finding frogs and a turtle on site. Great place for a family to take a break from screens and spend time together. Thank you!

This was one of my favorite places to go with the family, I definitely recommend this place!!! I will be back, the host was amazing and responsive, the house is lovely, there was so many great moments the family had together some comments are to picky, almost had me second guess my booking but DO IT! YOU won’t regret it! It definitely worth the money.

Jennifer & Scott are fantastic! We had a very enjoy,relaxing stay! went here for my 40th and had a really fun weekend of fishing, right in the backyard! with a very relaxing and big hot tub right outside of the master bedroom (outside), the privacy was fantastic & they really respect and cater to your wants and needs during your stay! the whole house smells amazing and is very clean!! all in all, my husband,myself & friends would highly recommend this beautiful little home with a nice view & privacy.

Home as described. Very clean. Walking distance to restaurant and gas station. Homey feel. Loved the stocked coffee bar. First air bnb that I've seen to have an ice machine. Great appliance to have. Comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely recommend. Very nice host.

Fantastic place to stay for visiting Heidelberg University. We walked everywhere and felt very comfortable in the apartment. Lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance too. Recommend for anyone visiting campus!

Michelle was an attentive and friendly host. The home was cozy, clean, and had what we needed for a comfortable stay; including climate control, kitchen essentials, and tv/streaming options. It's a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe and at home. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel to Toledo 1-2 times a month and at times, I’m there for 2-4 days at a time. Staying somewhere that’s comfortable and clean is very important to me. This home was just that. While I still stay at hotels every so often, when I find an Airbnb that is competitively priced, I jump on the opportunity. This particular stay was extremely comfortable and it was very easy to unwind at the end of each work day. Not to mention I saved $20-30 on food all because they have a well equipped kitchen in which I was able to prepare my own meals. 100% recommend and would stay again!

This place is decorated very nice and cleaned very well. The owners have thought of great, little touches to make the stay more comfortable, and they are wonderful to work with. This is where I would stay if there are 2-4 of us in the Sylvania/Toledo area.

This home was a perfect place to stay while we visited family. Nicely equipped with pots, pans, casserole dish and plenty of glassware. Excess pillows, towels, dishwasher and laundry supplies etc were appreciated. Jeff was easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting here again.
