Cozy basement unit minutes from Washington, D.C. or the University of Maryland. Within 10 minutes walk of restaurants, breweries, bike share, and rail station with direct access to Union Station. Five minute drive/ 20 minute walk to DC metro subway station. Excellent access to bike paths, plenty of on-street parking, quiet neighborhood. A big, fenced backyard with an outdoor table, a fire pit with wood supply, and hammock for good weather. Great base for visiting for D.C. or UMD.

We’re tucked away on a forested residential street, roughly a 7 minute drive from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 15m from the coast, 30m from Baltimore and 35m from DC. Tl;dr: this is a private ground-level guest suite with 3 beds, 2 bedrooms, 1 desk (optional standing desk), 1 kitchen with oven, dishwasher + Nespresso/pour over, 2 tvs, laundry room with washer/dryer, fast wifi, a pool, patio and a forest view. We live on the top floor.

TheAzalea: Cozy, private basement suite w/ jacuzzi

Live like a DC native while enjoying a QUIET ambiance of an upscale hotel! The amenity filled Azalea Suite offers comfort and convenience, with private entry, new spa bathroom, kitchenette, Roku smartTV, Alexa Echo dot, high speed Wi-Fi, workspace, and W/D. Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

Historic Downtown in-law suite

This special place is close to everything. One block to the Naval Academy and one block to all the historic and downtown attractions. This in-law suite has a queen bed, full bath, sauna, kitchenette, seating area, and desk/dining table. Welcoming separate, quiet entrance with access to a lovely patio with seating and firepit. Twin bed can be set up and made up at guest request.

Relaxing Cabin Get Away Near Annapolis & DC

This is a 1,000 sq foot open concept rustic cabin. There are 4 "rooms" including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a family room with a TV for movies and streaming, and a bedroom full of windows. It is located down a 1/3 mile gravel driveway in the woods on 72 acres of land that has been dedicated in perpetuity to not being developed.
