Large, modern kitchen with dining and living room overlooking the stunning Devon countryside, River Exe and sea beyond. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large, double shower. On a beautiful day sit and relax with a glass or two on the covered balcony and watch the stunning wildlife (deer, pheasants, buzzards, hawks, woodpeckers...) The Lodge is a newly renovated property. It is completely self contained with its own screened patio area. The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

The local town of Totnes is filled with shops, cafes and restaurants and has a national rail station. Broadhempston is near the A38 Devon Expressway putting Exeter and Plymouth within easy reach.

The Granary, which is set upon a local bridle path is walking distance of the local pub and dogs are very welcome here. cosy nights by the wood burner or sipping wine by the fire pit after a long, lazy day at the near by beaches.

From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

Cosy, functional interior with access to outside seating. 20 minute walk to the village of Drewsteignton where there is our amazing community pub - the Drewe Arms. A little further walk to Castle Drogo or the Fingle Bridge Inn. 1 mile off the Two Moors Way trail so perfect for hikers, or simply for those needing a quiet get away.
