The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

Shuttaford Barn is a recently converted barn on a 16thC Dartmoor farmstead on the edge of the moors next to Holne and Ashburton. It is the perfect spot to explore the wilds of Dartmoor National Park, walk along the beautiful River Dart or head to the many South Devon beaches for the day. Or just relax in the peaceful surroundings of the barn and its garden. In summer months we generally do Friday to Friday bookings. Please message us if you would like to book alternative days.

Hidden in a little valley, Penn Bergeyn comprises of 2 hand crafted luxurious shepherd's huts. 1 is the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom are in the other hut connected by a covered walkway. You can unwind in the wood heated hot tub, relax by the firepit or in the hammock. Located in its own field, on a working farm, the huts are fitted with a very comfortable king size bed and underfloor heating throughout. The outdoor kitchen contains a firepit and a gas barbecue.
