We enjoyed our stay here as we were visiting MSU. Lisa was extremely accommodating and responsive to any questions or needs. Definitely will look to stay here again when we visit. The barn cats are so friendly but respectful of not trying to enter cabin. Enjoyed feeding the horses.

5 stars just isn't enough. Great communication from Steve and Lisa before and during the stay. Quiet peaceful location on a working horse farm, but only 20 minutes to downtown Lexington. Spacious layout was clean and comfortable. Fully apportioned kitchen, enormous master suite, cozy breakfast nook, open living area. Lots of history with modern amenities. Hardwood floors, high ceilings and crown molding along with satellite tv and fast Wi-Fi connection Short walk down the driveway to corrals with several retired and active racehorses. And then there's John-George and Sadie, the absolutely adorable donkeys, the highlight of our stay. Bring treats and you'll have new best friends for the duration of your stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at Laura's cabin! Our son had so much fun exploring the farm, and watching the cows and goats. We also enjoyed drinking our coffee while watching the birds at the bird feeder each morning. The cabin itself was beautiful with many touches referencing the history of the cabin. We really enjoyed being able to use the farm store by the cabin as well. It was very centrally located, allowing us to easily do day-trips to Red River Gorge, Lexington, and Winchester. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful rural, private setting in horse country. Just note that property is quite a distance from shopping/stores, and there is no TV or stove; not big problems though.

We absolutely loved our stay at Natalie's summer kitchen! Everything was exactly as described and then some. Between the easily accessible location to everywhere I wanted to go around the Lexington area, the beautiful surroundings of the peaceful farm, the farm animals, and the spacious and perfectly decorated two room house, we can't wait to return!

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. My husband, I and our 4 kids, 16,13,12 and 5. This is a simple home, simple living with beautiful surroundings. Its a great place to get away. We thank Judy so much for accommodating us and our family.

The apartment was very cute, comfortable and nicely appointed. The farm was a quiet, green oasis in the country, but close to the Kentucky Horse Park. We enjoyed Faith and Joy, the cats, and loved meeting the Peace Ponies. Thank you Gillian, Rob, Jordan and Staff for a wonderful stay!

We cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was. Meghan communicated with us several times before we arrived to m help us plan our trip. lots of tips. when we arrived, the house smelled so clean and was spotless! Everything was perfect. There was a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. The next morning we had coffee and a variety of creamer . Soap, shampoo ,and conditioner were actually the same products I use at home. Everything about the house was perfect! The bedding was so nice and mattresses were very comfortable. We loved sitting on the porch having our coffee. The day it rained, we sat on the screened porch. Meghan was so gracious and we were invited to meet her horses. It was a treat to see them up close ad learn a bit about their breed and the events they were trained for. Three full baths accommodated our group of four ladies. The setting was just gorgeous. It was very convenient to every place we wanted to go.

Sam was fantastic, helpful friendly and quick to respond. Helped my husband when he needed a tool for the vehicle. The house was fabulous with all the space needed for our family. Large yard which was perfect for our Easter egg hunt. The house had more amenities than any other such as supplies, dishes, and cookware. Lots of beach towels for the pool 🙂. We will definitely return. Thank you Sam for being a great host!

When I come to Kentucky this is the only place I want to stay. It is close to the Horse Park and everything else I needed to do. I love the way they decorated the home. It was comfortable and very cute.

Sharon’s cottage was a perfect fit for our family’s three generation getaway. The setting was absolutely idyllic, the cottage was clean, the kitchen was well appointed (we made multiple meals in-house), the furniture was comfortable, and the location was a perfect blend of peace & quiet while still being close to our activities. We have already started talks about our next trip!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. We are a family of 5, and there was plenty of space for us (2 kids in bedroom, 1 on pullout, adults in open concept bedroom). I can't emphasize enough the beauty and calm you will find here. And the HORSES. Waking up to them every day was such a joy. Gazebo with swing on the other side of the fenced in area...the sunrises and sunsets. Never have we EVER booked another stay at an AirBnb while we were still in the midst of our current stay - until our relaxing vacation at Oxford Springs Farm. Highlights: - The owners introduced themselves one evening and allowed us to visit the barn where a baby foal had just been born...and we got to see it stand up for the first time and take its first steps! - Keeneland Spring Races, Kentucky Horse Park and Rail Adventures were all phenomenal experiences. -I very highly recommend Local Feed in Georgetown, The Farm Kitchen in Shelbyville, and Talbott Inn in Bardstown. Cannot wait to return!

This is a piece of heaven on earth! Beautiful views - rolling hills of bluegrass and blue skies- all from a house that is extremely clean. The beds are comfy too. The owner has made sure you have everything you need for a perfect stay. If you snag this place you will be counting your blessings. It’s peaceful, quiet and close to the Ark encounter.

We had such a wonderful time staying at the farm! We relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of the place and had fun petting the alpacas! We even purchased some beautiful alpaca fiber. Lisa always responded to us within a very short time. She gave us privacy when we needed it but with a wonderful person to visit with and make friends with, I would highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a wedding and didn’t get to enjoy the property long enough. It was beautiful and the horses and visits from the beautiful cat brought smiles to all. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean with a lot of room. The working farm setting was great also. Amanda gave us a tour of the farm and was a GREAT host!

We took a trip to KY with my three kids and aunts/uncle. There were plenty of beds and spaces for all of us to spread out without being right on top of each other. The kitchen had plenty of everything for us to be able to cook our meals there during our stay which we very much appreciated! The back yard view off the deck is peak KY beauty and very peaceful. Our kids enjoyed having a fire and toasting marshmallows so much. The provided roasting sticks were a huge bonus. We were able to see both the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during our stay and we also made it to the Cincinnati Zoo and Mammoth Caves. Our kids were thrilled to see Wingfeather books on the shelves and enjoyed reading them in the evenings. Highly recommend for families ❤️

This is a charming location in downtown Lexington. The pictures are accurate, and the home is cozy. The owner is extremely responsive to questions, and it was a good stay.

We stayed for the weekend in this lovely farmhouse and had a great time! We spent part of the rainy afternoon reading books on the porch and enjoying the beautiful countryside. Driving to food, shopping, etc was easy and not too far. This house is in a great location and we hope to come back again!

Martin was very friendly and helpful when we contacted him. The place is small but all we needed for us. My husband loved being able to walk out and fish. Very clean place. I would definitely stay again.
