This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Emma’s Hut. Close to ferry. Own space

Emma’s Hut is a light and airy self contained bedroom with ensuite shower room and separate area with catering facilities. We are only 20 minutes drive from the Needles and even closer to Freshwater Bay and minutes from the Coastal Path. The historic town of Yarmouth has a great choice of places to eat, a Grade 2 listed pier a castle and fabulous views across the Solent. The ferry comes into Yarmouth from Lymington and is a short walk up the hill to our home.

Quercus, our annex, is a self contained one bedroom cottage, lounge, patio, kitchen, walk-in shower and dedicated parking set within an AONB. However not too far from local amenities and the town of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight. 200 yards from bus stop and local pub within 20 mins walk. Prospective guests should note that the cottage is accessed by 2 steps to the front door and the same applies to accessing the rear garden. Once inside there are no further steps.

Our coastguard cottage is located in a quiet location in the centre of Yarmouth. It provides accommodation for 4 adults and 2 children. There is a small walled flower garden to the rear with a garage for one car. Two minutes from Yarmouth Square, the harbour, ferry, many shops and restaurants. There are numerous beaches and walks waiting to be discovered.
