It has a newly remodeled bathroom, separate entrance, easy parking, a partial kitchen & grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces and we are a quick bike or bus ride to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You can walk to get coffee, a grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. Kid friendly! We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.
