This was the perfect house for our family reunion. It was quiet, comfortable, roomy and in excellent shape. It is in a great location close to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The kitchen was supplied for everything we needed to make family dinners. We were close to walking , running trails too. Most of all, Zhanna and Adam were super responsive.

Great home in our favorite part of Boulder. Close to amazing coffee, restaurants, and shopping. Walkable. Great view of the flatirons and short drive to our favorite hiking. The home itself was comfortable with beautiful light (even with the two days of downpour we got) and a relaxing vibe. Parking was easy and it had everything we needed.

We really loved our stay and hope to come back again. The home is perfect for families with pets. Truly everything you might need is provided. The fenced in backyard was a plus.

Clean, comfortable home, as described. All amenities were in working order. My son wanted to stay another night.

A great place to stay for a small group! Has all the essentials with a modern touch and such a homey feel. The office spaces worked well for remote work. The sound system was one of the best I’ve ever seen and was such a fun surprise for our music loving group!

Dusti’s Airbnb was perfect for our 5-day stay. The large, fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the two spacious bedrooms were comfortable, especially the master bed. The location is ideal—walkable to restaurants and breweries, with grocery stores nearby. Worked wonderfully for two people. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful home, beautiful view, relaxing, and the hosts have truly thought of everything you might need to feel like you’re at home. It’s the perfect location to be 8-10 minutes in Boulder, 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park, but outside of the rush of a neighborhood. Just a couple minutes down the road is a soothing place to put your feet in the river flowing through the area. We will be back and can highly recommend staying there!

Sierra was responsive and helpful. Her place was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful park across the street. Right next to the bike path we used to get around town and to the office. Highly recommend staying at her place.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

Great place. Ample space and a great backyard for kids and dogs. The back yard is next to a busy road (but with a privacy fence) so there is some tragic noise. But the house is well soundproofing, so you don't even notice when inside. The house is the family's home, so there is the small wear and tear that every primary residence has, but everything you need is in great shape. My only quibble was a random allocation of shower toiletries. One shower had body wash but no shampoo. Another had 3 conditioners but nothing else. The third had shampoo and conditioner but no soap. But that's a very minor thing. Overall, great space and friendly host. I'd definitely stay here again.

As soon as we parked in the big driveway, it felt like we should be there. The front lawn area with patio chairs is perfect and beautiful, and makes you want to see more. It's always so exciting to arrive and look around at what's in store, and this was no exception. We arrived pretty late so it was cool inside and out. The kitchen is great, excellent fridge and stove/oven, just all of it. My youngest took the south side of the house, which has its own bathroom, big bedroom, a family room with big sofa and tv, and private door to the hot tub. I took the north side with the master bed and bathroom, complete with a Smart Loo!! They are so wonderful. The swim spa is a must-experience feature! I absolutely loved it and spent a whole lot of time there, when we weren't jumping on the trampoline! Can you believe it?! So stinking fun! And the screen enclosed patio deck? Love!! The best part of it all is Kristy -- she is the most courteous, kind, compassionate person you'll ever meet. Period.

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

The location was fantastic - quiet, but with easy car access to Pearl St, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. our daughter would have spent the whole week in the community pool if we would have allowed it. Jennifer’s place was comfortable and clean and possibly better equipped than any AirBnb we have stayed at, with a full kitchen, a stocked pantry with extra TP, paper towels, laundry detergent etc, beach towels for the pool, and extra amenities families might need, like a toddler potty,pool toys etc. it is walking distance to CU. The pictures in the posting are accurate and all the listed amenities were present and in working order.

I've been living out of Airbnbs for the last year and Dale has hands down been one of the best hosts. When we arrived super late on a Sunday night and had work the next morning, Dale had left us cinnamon rolls, OJ, and coffee so we could have a fresh start in the morning. During our stay he coffee maker broke and Dale had it replaced within a couple hours and dropped off additional coffee as well. Location is great. 2min walk from movement climbing gym and short walk to a grocery store. Airbnb is as pictured.

Mike’s place felt like home right away! And thank goodness because I cooked a full Thanksgiving turkey dinner there, making my first homemade turkey gravy! I was able to walk to my friend’s place right around the corner, so the location was extremely convenient for us. We enjoyed peace and quiet and our leftovers (lol) for eight glorious days! Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment in great Denver / Boulder location. Super convenient for getting into both Denver and Boulder, and access to the great nature nearby. Super friendly host, and perfect place to stay for a week in Colorado!

host was very responsive and helpful. they had another guest the night before we checked in and got everything cleaned up right away so we could check in early

We really enjoyed staying at Grant’s! It was right on the park and very walkable. It was a great space for our family of four and was very clean! Grant and his family were very friendly and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

What a delightful and whimsical home. Just what we were looking for to enjoy the holidays. Driving around the neighborhood looking at lights, we were never lost. This blue and yellow Boulder home was the brightest in the whole town! This home was like an appetizer to our trip to Meow Wolf. Very creative and entertaining. We were close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. 30 minutes to Snowboard a local mountain, Eldora. Then to soak in a big pink and mineral painted claw foot tub. It was everything we needed to cook a Christmas Eve meal. This home is also a lot bigger than the pictures. We will def be back!

This was a very cozy and well stocked cabin, in a gorgeous location! Heidi checked in multiple times through out our stay and was wonderful! Between being right on the river, the fire pits, and the comfy bed, this is the perfect spot for a quick getaway

Chad was super kind! The basement is super cozy, has everything you need and spotless as well. Our 3 kitties loved the place just as much as we did. Will 100% love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our stay in Longmont. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around and close to everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We will stay again.
