Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

What a charming and special place! My sister and I had a wonderful time staying here. The location was fabulous, super walkable to many cute restaurants, the botanic gardens and more. The little fireplace in the living room was a nice touch. It was clean, comfy and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for our stay, close to everything we wanted. Loved the neighborhood, very quiet. Great communication, checking to make sure everything was ok. We were very comfortable here. Met all our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near downtown Louisville.

Amazing place, perfect to stay for a week. Location was amazing and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Close to everything. I loved the kitchen and loved the little patio area with the fire pit. The only complaint is that the pillows were a bit hard and also you couldn't take long showers bc the hot water wouldn't last but other than that amazing. And Ben was a great host and let me check in early and check out late which i really appreciate.

I'm happy to be apart of the 5-Star rating review crew of this Amazing AirBnB property 😁. First off this location was perfect because it's hidden but open at the same time. Far from everything but close at the same time, meaning all places were less than a 15mn drive just about. A corner store is really close as well as other places to visit or shop at. Beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding areas. The host provided a very warm welcome for my girlfriend and I, considering it was her first time visiting me in Colorado. The property itself was very immaculate and clean, super organized with a location of everything in the place posted on the fridge, so you didn't have to wonder about the ifs or where's. plenty of kitchenwares and towels for all needs. I honestly can't wait to book this location again. This property is a must book in you plan on visiting Northern Colorado. 😁😎👍

This place was peaceful and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. We didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities like the fire pit and pickle ball court but everything else was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Great setup. Good desk and office chair was able to work effectively the entire week. Nicely laid out space. Comfortable couch. Nice big TV. Good location walkable to Safeway, coffee, food, even walked to the nuggets game. Communicative and flexible. I loved my stay here.

This place is amazing. Cory made it very easy to find and check in and out. It also felt like home - not like some bare bones place to only sleep at night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The internet / wifi was great too and supported video calls, remote work, and gaming. And it's a close walk through a beautiful neighborhood to all the restaurants and shops on Tennyson. It was quiet and private at night, and we loved sitting at the table outside during the day. If you're reading this, book the place.

This cozy cottage was the perfect landing pad for my little family. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was super convenient, just minutes from Sloan Lake and close to a shopping center with Target and King Soopers, which made errands easy. The host was very nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The little patio area was super cute, and my pups absolutely loved it! The space was peaceful, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a true home away from home. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I accidentally messed up the timing on my other stay in Colorado and needed somewhere to stay for the night, so I booked here. If I could do it again, I'd stay here the whole week instead! The place was easy to get to, the inside was clean and cozy, and Andrew and Michael were extremely helpful and communicative. If planning a stay in Denver, this is your place!

What a treat it was to stay at Mindy's place! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at the lovely carriage house! It suited our needs perfectly for a weekend of skiing...was private, absolutely beautiful out every window (including the skylights), cozy with a fireplace and comfortable bed and couch, very clean and tidy with thoughtful touches and decor, and Mindy is an absolute delight. We really enjoyed talking with her and hearing about and seeing videos of Robert, Roberta and calf (frequent moose visitors). She gave us recommendations for dining and her suggestion was spot-on for what we were looking for (something delicious to appease both herbivores and carnivores; Busey Brews is awesome!). We will most definitely be back...probably to leaf peep in autumn because the property is filled with aspen...and hopefully to see Robert and crew for ourselves... :)

Michael’s place was perfect for us and our family! Micheal was very responsive and accommodating, the home was cozy and within walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shop.

Emily and Williams guest house was wonderful! We booked it VERY last minute after another Airbnb was not stay-able. The place was very clean, had everything we could have needed and was very comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect space for a couple and the washer and dryer was a huge bonus. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Peter's guest lodging was perfect for my recent business travel, especially the beautiful walks I was able to take to decompress from the day. The balcony is a special gift for any sunrise lovers! Would definitely recommend to other travels who still have their treehouse imagination (loft bedroom).

Lovely space for 1-2 people! Kitchen was clean and stocked with utensils to be able to prepare meals. A little hard to find due to construction in the area but heather answered the phone immediately and was very helpful. Close to coffee shops and grocery stores. Quiet/safe neighborhood.

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Rick’s place is a gem—very well done space, thoughtful amenities, clean, and within walking distance of a lot of shops and restaurants. Will definitely be staying here on future trips to Denver!

Stay was amazing. She was quick to come fix an issue we had with the toilet and was very responsive and overall just a great stay. Would stay again.
