Отдыхали семьей. Прекрасный, уютный дом, абсолютно все в нем. Прекрасная ухоженая территория, красивая река. Очень комфортный отдых. Возможность барбекю и у реки и у дома. Рекомендую.

Omer was amazingly helpful. The place is stunning, and so clean. We loved it! The only thing that wasn’t 100% was that the host recently added another house to the plot, and we only got to know before we arrived. It was not an issue at all, but we were surprised. I’d recommend this stay 100%, and a big thank you for Omer for being a wonderful host.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ein riesiges Grundstück direkt an der Una. Man kann am Wasser essen (Mückenspray nicht vergessen!), mit dem Boot fahren, im Garten mit den Kindern Fußball spielen, oder auch zu Fuß zu den Japod Inseln (eine Art Inselspielplatz mit Biergarten am Fluss) zum Essen und Spielen rüberlaufen. Auch innen ist alles da, was man braucht, inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Unsere Erwartungen wurden insgesamt sogar übertroffen. Vielen Dank an Ismet sowie Armina für den Empfang und die Übergabe.

Our party of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) spent a terrific weekend at Ermin's two houses. Each family had a house to itself but we basically only slept there and hung out in the evenings because the kids refused to get out of the pool during the day. We loved the covered area next the pool because it had a very nice grill, a sink with some dishes, and a fridge! It was great to have a shared fridge in the common area so everyone could just grab whatever they needed. The whole yard was fenced in so we didn't have to worry that any of the kids would leave the yard. The kids also enjoyed playing at the playground and picking apples and pears! Overall, this place is perfect for two families or one extra-large family. We hope to be back.

An sich war alles gut, allerdings führt dich Google Maps auf die andere Seite des Flusses. Jedoch schickt dir Tea eine detaillierte Wegbeschreibung, die du unbedingt benutzen solltest, um dies zu verhindern.

Super genoten! Zeer schone en nette woning. Tajma en Adis waren top hosten! Ze stonden klaar voor alles en regelden alles wat we vroegen direkt. Zeker de moeite waard om hier te verblijven. Wij hadden niks te klagen! Wij hopen weer terug te komen.

Upea ympäristö ja ystävällinen majoittaja. Keittiössä ei ole pöytäkalustoa, mikä on hyvä huomioida jos aikoo tehdä ruokaa sisätiloissa. Ulkona katoksen alla on hyvä pöytäkalusto. Ostimme uuden leipäveitsen, jolla sai leipää leikattua , pannun voisit uusia itse 😀 Ei paljon upeammin voi päiväänsä aloittaa, kun juoden kahvia kosken pauhussa ja lintujen konserttia kuunnellen.

الشقة في وسط بيهاتش وتستطيع الذهاب للسنتر مشي قريبة من كل شي ويوجد حديقة على نهر اونا قريبة ايضا وهي في الطابق العلوي والطابق الاول يسكن فيه اصحاب المنزل الشقة نظيفة فيها درج ومواقف ومكيف وكل المستلزمات المضيفة لطيفة ومتعاونه ووالدايها اصحاب المنزل لطيفين جدا وودودين ومهتمين قدموا لنا ضيافه وفازة ورد وتشعر بجو العائله معهم

Very nice and great host, the apartment is great and the view is amazing.

Stefan was a great host. When we arrived there were some ants marching across the kitchen floor, but he cleaned them up and sprayed and we didn't have a problem after that. It is in a natural surrounding so having ants isn't a surprise. Some of the furniture (downstairs couch) could use replacing, but otherwise everything was satisfactory or better. The bathroom was really nice, and the outdoor shower was a real bonus that we used many times. The terrace was great, we sat in the swinging benches and sipped wine and really enjoyed our evenings. Stefan stopped by on the second night and brought us some homemade liquor that was really tasty, and spoke with my in-laws that are Bosnian in their native tongue, but he has pretty good English as well. Overall a great location was great. Great rental for a larger group too. Finding it and the parking is a bit hectic due to the narrow streets, but if you're flexible you'll be fine. I recommend you can call his local number when you arrive.

Gordan’s place is a home and we certainly felt at home during our stay here. The proximity to good, reasonably priced restaurants and the water makes this place a perfect vacation spot. Gordan is very detailed and very easy to interact with. His recommendations were all spot on. Everything worked and there is plenty of room. We had six people and never felt cramped. We are very happy we decided to visit Neum for 2.5 days of our tour through Croatia. We are even happier that we stayed at Gordon’s place. Coming from the USA, we had no idea what to expect in Bosnia. Bosnia is both much different and much the same as Croatia and I would come back here again if I have the opportunity.

This cozy seaside apartment in Neum was the perfect getaway !! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. The private beach access made it incredibly convenient to enjoy swimming and relaxing by the water. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering stunning panoramas of the coastline — fantastic to enjoy at any time of the day !! The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed to feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen. Peaceful and quiet retreat, ideal for unwinding by the sea. Mak, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions and going above and beyond to make sure the stay was smooth and enjoyable. Easy and accessible parking right in front of the house was another plus. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a serene seaside escape. Will definitely stay here again !!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, Marijana ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Das Haus/ die Wohnung ist ein Traum, der Garten ist so schön angelegt - unvergesslich!! 🥰 Ich genoss jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang und hab die Zeit ganz vergessen! Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. alles ist sauber & gepflegt. Wenn man der Wegbeschreibung folgt, kann man das Haus leicht finden. Ich hatte kein Problem!

It is really a remote place, you can only get there after a 6km drive on a gravel road with many potholes. But it does not mean that you will be completely alone there, there are several houses along the way to the "beach" and there is a lot of garbage everywhere. Unfortunately, we did not find the "private beach" and there were no instructions, only now I read the comments of other guests and understood that there is probably another way to the sea, which we did not find (and it is not on the maps). But overall, our stay was pleasant, even if it didn't have the same (romantic) impression on us as in the photos. Communication with the owner and arrival and departure were perfect.

Vila je prelijepo uređena, prelijep pogled sa terase na more učinio je naš boravak mnogo kvalitetnijim !!! Sve preporuke za ugodan odmor u Neumu. !!!!
