We had a great stay in Manchester, the apartment was nice and spacious, had plenty of room for all 6 of us and is also in a great location, felt nice and central but also very safe. Communication with hosts was fantastic, instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise and they were very friendly to deal with.

Excellent accomodation with easy access to City centre and local shops an food outlets within a minutes walk from flat. Would use again.

We were very impressed with the location and the apartment. Couldn’t have asked for any more! The host was really friendly and helpful, when we mentioned we would get to Manchester early he offered an early check in for a small fee which was worth it. We were also advised on getting on free parking space very nearby.

This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

2nd time of staying here as was working close . Very clean and was a great location for us.

Jade was a very helpful host. The area is traditional for the area, lovely nature reserve on back of rear garden for walks. The cottage is just lovely. Warm and cosy. We will definitely return here.

We (family) had a lovely time at the property whereby kids really enjoyed the game room & mood lights. Andrew was immensely proactive & responsive while being very considerate towards the request of extending checkout time due to the wedding event planned locally (ladies were very happy with the additiinal make up time made available) - will consider re-booking "in a heartbeat" 😇

Great location for a visit to central Manchester and lovely clean well kept property, had to do an online verification and pay a £30 security fee to check in which I didn't mind but would have been good to know in advance.

Me and my friend came up for the night and had a lovely experience! Waqas was so helpful and friendly from the moment we booked. The place was so homely and well looked after! Will definitely be back again.

Jeanette’s place was lovely and quiet, free parking and easy to find. Jeanette communicated quickly and was happy for us to check in later than we expected. Also has lovely friendly cats and a comfortable bed. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Was a comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Clean and comfy apartment. Host was really responsive and replied quickly with any queries I had. Would recommend if visiting Manchester City as everything’s in close walking distance.

11/10 experience. Amy was equally generous and responsive from the time I booked, to arrival, and checking out. Her place was clean, charming, and even more spacious than expected. The warmest water and comfiest pillows. The area is quite lively and can be noisy on the weekends, but any guest knows this from the description of the listing. Highly recommend - Amy, thank you for being so welcoming and a joyful! Truly enjoyed my stay here.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

10/10 on everything - excellent descriptions and communication from Paulo with flexible arrival time. The apartment itself was wonderfully decorated and there were personal touches just for me which was above and beyond, especially considering I only stayed for one night! Very clean, everything worked perfectly, lovely touches having fresh cooled water and coffee and appreciated the shower products being available to use. Very private, feels like you have a one bedroom apartment to yourself. Very walkable and safe location, I walked from the bus station. Would recommend to all!

Maravillosa estadía, el departamento es perfecto, de muy buen gusto, muy bien equipado, cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario y más para una estadía perfecta. Si bien a Wayne no lo conocimos, estuvo presente en todo momento. Lo recomiendo!
