Borough of Swale: soggiorni in B&B

Una accoglienza unica, mi sono sentita veramente bene accolta e la benvenuta. Gilly è stata gentilissima e mi sono sentita come a casa mia con tutte le comodità. Un vero piacere stare in una casa così accogliente dove sono stata sempre a mio agio. Ho dormito alla grande e la colazione era fantastica! Da Gilly a Dover tornerei molto volentieri senza cercare oltre, veramente una sistemazione accogliente e consigliatissima!

Sue has a lovely English home and garden. She was very welcoming and made us an amazing English breakfast. She took care of every need with grace and charm!

My girlfriend and I stayed for 2 nights, Sally-Ann came to introduce herself shortly after we arrived both her and her husband are very warm and friendly. We had a walk down the field in the mud which was great fun despite the weather. Can recommend the Middle House and the Rose and Crown . The other recommendations locally - Bodiam Castle and Bateman’s are great places to visit too.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

A very spacious , uber clean and well maintained and cared for property. Diane is a very welcoming host . The kitchen was stocked with bread, milk and eggs. We (3 adults) had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

Carol and Clive were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble. The cottage is querky and full of character with a lovely back garden next to the river and with beautiful views of the countryside. Check in was flexible and easy to arrange. It is a lovely village and Carol's place is central and walkable to local pubs. I had a lovely time and would return to explore the area more.

There is a gate to get on the property and we were unable to call Miranda when at the gate due to poor reception. I imagine this was because we are from the US and ATT is our carrier and I suppose England does not have a lot of ATT towers for cellular. We were unable to make phone contact at the gate and drove about 5 or so minutes into town to get good phone coverage and drove back. The house was clean and in a pleasant area. Miranda was most helpful.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

Incredible Stay! Amazing Hosts. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful giving us recommendations and advice, even providing us with a map for the Winnie the Pooh walk. A spotless air bnb with great facilities and fantastic views. A brilliant central hub with most things either a short walk or car ride away. Definitely stay here!!

We had a fantastic couple of days at Carlos and Sam's place. The house was absolutely fantastic, it was better than the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable and happy stay. Carlos and Sam were very communitive, giving lots of recommendations for the area as well as some great advise for checking in and out. We would 100% look to stay here again in the future. nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Jacqui, l'endroit est très calme et très bien situé, à quelques pas du bord de mer et la belle côte anglaise. Jacqui nous a accueilli avec générosité et gentillesse. Le petit dej est excellent. nous reviendrons avec plaisir. parfait pour séjour avec enfants ! merci Jacqui!

a really lovely place to stay with an especially friendly and interesting host- Sonja. Everything looked lovely and loved having own bathroom. Offered me tea and chat and recommended good pub for dinner. Comfy bed. alVery good breakfast with fresh fruit salad and warm croissant. Very good shower. No complaints at all and wd come back. Gorgeous garden.Very sweet village. Thank you ! xx

Charmant logement tant dans les touches de décoration que dans l'environnement, avec tout le nécessaire et bien plus encore (de quoi prendre le petit-déjeuner et des chocolats), parfaitement propre et bien situé pour visiter le Kent et notamment Douvres, Canterbury, le château de Leeds... Lieu extrêmement paisible avec une belle vue sur la campagne et des couchers de soleil hypnotisants, l'accès à un jardin adorable et la proximité de la faune sauvage. Jo est une hôte très accueillante qui a le souci de bien recevoir. Nous reviendrions avec très grand plaisir !

I had the most relaxing and wonderful stay! The countryside, the cosy homely house, the fresh bread and honey from their hive, the comfy bed, the warm welcome, the birdsong…. and the kittens, together create a home from home feeling. This is the perfect stay for peace, relaxation and connection with nature. Cannot recommend this host enough!

We had the absolute best time staying at Boldshaves. D and Peregrine were wonderful hosts! They were so accommodating and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The grounds are incredible and seemed almost endless! Truly, I don’t think I have seen such beautiful gardens. The bedrooms were quite big—perfect for letting our luggage breathe a bit—and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was also really fantastic with so many special touches!! We feel really fortunate that we found this gem. It was the highlight of our trip!!

Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Manuela is so welcoming, helpful and treats you like her own family. The room was large, full of natural light, and Manuela made it very comfortable for my three month long stay.  I would happily stay here again and recommend anybody to book.

We had a great stay at Tamila's home! The bed was super comfortable and it was really lovely to read a book in the garden while drinking the high quality tea and coffee available. Over time we also learned that there are multiple "shortcuts" to arrive at the place (on foot), such that we could easily reach different parts of the town away from the main road. The apartment is just like described - no surprises there. Everything is clean, and the breakfast provided had high quality products and fruit. Tamila has been helpful and flexible, we arrived a bit earlier than scheduled yet it was no problem for letting us checking in earlier. Highly recommend!

Great environment, great host, great experience.

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.

What can I say other than wow. This beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful, in a gorgeous location and perfectly presented. Sarah is one of the best hosts I have had, not only was she incredibly friendly, helpful but she went out of her way to make me feel right at home and offered a delicious breakfast in the mornings too. I wish I could rate this Airbnb higher than 5 stars because its worth double that. I will definitely be back in the future.
