Whole house within a 5 min drive to Surfers Beach. (Surfers beach is within walking distance also.) House overlooks a QUIET park. House has an open concept, tile throughout entire house, full kitchen and super comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms have AC. Plus there is an awesome outdoor shower. Attractions within a few minutes include Surfer's Beach, Borinquen Beach, historic ruins, 18 hole golf course, BQN Airport , Lufthansa Technik, University of PR-Aguadilla, restaurants & shopping.

It has its own entrance, is composed of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a custom built bathtub with a stunning sea view, and a common space with a day bed convertible to two twin beds. It includes a dining space, a sofa, and a totally equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and the common area, and the property has an emergency generator. Equipped for 3-4 guests.
