This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

When I arrived I was greeted by Pascal who was so friendly and really informative, he showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the building and made me feel very at ease after a long journey. After Pascal had made sure I was settled, Susanna sent me a message with some fantastic information about the area, places to eat, things to do, transport. Not only that but she was always on hand if I had a query about a place or a bus or train. I felt very safe knowing that I could contact her if I needed. The apartment is lovely, great location, huge balcony with beautiful views up the valley, very comfy bed and 2 minutes from the train station- perfect! I only had 3 days here, you definitely need atleast a week to enjoy all the amazing sights. I will be back for sure!

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. 5 minutes walk to the train station (ideal for day trips) and 10 mins walk to the promenade/beach. Remario is very responsive and everything in the apartment worked well. I highly recommend it!

Fui en el gran premio de Mónaco, los precios son altos en general en esta semana, el único pequeño problema que tuve fue encontrar el departamento y las escaleras hacia el mismo. Its prime location is a significant advantage, providing convenient access to a wide array of attractions, amenities, and points of interest. Furthermore, the pricing structure was found to be entirely appropriate and represented excellent value. The property's walkability is a key feature, with numerous destinations and necessities easily reachable on foot, allowing for effortless exploration of the surrounding area. Also the balcony is really really great.

Wir waren Ende Oktober in Bernards wunderbarer Unterkunft und wir waren in dieser Zeit seine einzigen Gäste. Das Haus ist sehr intelligent hergerichtet, alles ist von hoher Qualität und funktioniert wunderbar. Besonders genossen haben wir unsere Mahlzeiten in dem verglasten Vorbau mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick in die Landschaft. Man wohnt im ersten Obergeschoss und hat dadurch noch mal eine bessere Sicht, der Zugang ist völlig privat von der Rückseite. Bernard ist ein unheimlich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, sehr entspannt, zurückhaltend und respektvoll. Er hat uns spontan noch Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben, als das Wetter einmal nicht ganz so sonnig war. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der traumhaften Region in und um Nizza. Vielen Dank

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, casa bella ,accogliente ,pulita. Patrizia è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono delle biciclette che ti permettono passeggiate nel bellissimo territorio di diano marina. La zona esterna inoltre ti permette di pranzare e cenare in riservatezza e di godere del verde circostante. Il silezio e la quiete del posto ci hanno permesso di rilassarci come volevamo. Quindi molto contenti.........

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La maison d’Helena est hyper belle et toute neuve. Sur les hauteurs de Nice à 15mn du centre en voiture donc pratique et en même temps en dehors de la ville avec une super vue, piscine canon et jardin d’enfant très appréciable. La maison étant neuve il manquait quelques petits détails pour que tout soit pratique à l’usage mais nous avons fait une liste à la propriétaire qui va y remédier. Si vous êtes en voiture même un format moyen ne rentre pas dans la maison mais jamais aucun problème pour se garer devant. Vraiment de super vacances chez Helena je recommande.

We had a great stay in Lauies Airbnb! She is a wonderful host, very helpful and it was very easy to communicate with her! The apartment is just great! It is very nice to walk down into the city center. To go back you can either walk, take the bus or an uber. Also the patio is very nice! There you can have your breakfast (there is a shop just 5’ from Lauries home)! It is a wonderful place if you plan a city trip to Nice! Best place to be = Lauries place!! Hope to be there again some day!🙏🏽

What an incredible gem of an apartment in a tiny mountain village. The apartment is very well appointed and is perfect for using Rocchetta N. as a base for exploring the outdoors. There's not much going on in RN, but just a few km down the road is Dolceacqua with more restaurants & stores, if you need that. Matteo was 100% available and responsive, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Logement situé dans un petit village sur les hauteurs de Sanremo paisible au calme et surtout loin du vacarme de la ville. Il y a un parking gratuit juste en bas de la maison qui est très pratique. La maison est très propre et conforme aux photos. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée un livret d'accueil avec les endroits à visiter et les meilleurs adresses (restos,bars, supermarchés). Merci encore à Lorenzo qui est un hôte très réactif et adorable c'est très appréciable de nos jours. Les explications pour accéder au logement sont claires, les voisins sont accueillants et très discrets. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur place et nous reviendrons ensemble entre copines ou avec nos compagnons chacune de notre côté. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt, hat alles, was für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub brauchen! Allein der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist schon einiges wert! Die Wohnung liegt ein paar hundert Meter von der Altstadt entfernt, sodass Sie bequem über die Uferpromenade laufen können. Und auch eine hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Das Ein- und Auschecken in die Wohnung verlief ohne Probleme. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Vielen Dank für die wundervollen Momente im Leben der Touristen! Immer wieder gerne!

Court séjour d'une nuit avec arrivée tardive. Les instructions d'arrivée étaient très claires et nous ont facilité la tâche. Logement propre et aménagé avec goût terrasse agréable, belle vue.

It was an amazing stay, we had no big expectations but were still more than satisfied with everything. Even though they said that the english wasn't the best, we had still no problems with communication and always received a quick response. The view was spectacular and stunning and made the more rural neighbourhood easy to overlook. It's 2 minutes away from the bus stop(s) so that was a really nice feature as well. For us the wintergarten AND the balcony/terrace was an amazing thing we were able to enjoy a lot. Thank you so much for being so uncomplicated and making us feel welcomed from the beginning. Even without the little welcome gift ;) , we felt really comfortable really fast.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
