The house is part of the idyllic place originally built for Marlon Brando and where his good fellow Jack Nicholson owned his private overwater bungalow. And some tips, for traveling from Tahiti, I can recommend you to Fly with Air Moana (check on their website airmoana. pf) to Bora Bora and other Islands. You will get the most comfortable and safe flight to Bora Bora.
