Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.

Extra parking on the two lots adjoining the home. 5 to 15 minutes away from Lake Moultrie, river access, and all local restaurants, grocery stores, and Walmart. Experience Berkeley County with a convenient app as a guide to discover local history and plan your outdoor activities. 20 minutes from Summerville and 45 minutes from historic downtown Charleston and the Dock Street Theater ( the first theater in the US).

Welcome to life on the lake! Newly renovated, this cozy stay is sure to make fond memories with family & dear friends. Thoughtfully prepared w/ stylish lake decor inside & out, we plan to have you visit year after year! Fish from the dock in the backyard, explore the canal on paddle boards, enjoy a sunset dinner on the water or easily drive an hour to visit historical downtown Charleston for a day trip. Daniel Island Getaway

Welcome to your home away from home near Center Park on Daniel Island, located within 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. This almost 600sqft above garage guest house has a separate bedroom and full bathroom in addition to a spacious living room with a Queen sofa bed and a kitchen area that will meet all of your basic needs. The kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave and griddle. There is even an outdoor shower for guests to use.

We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston.
