Central location-Hot springs, wineries etc! Escape to a peaceful rural stay in this fully renovated, spotlessly clean guesthouse on 5 acres. The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. Enjoy a relaxed country atmosphere with horses and sheep grazing nearby, natural farm sounds and open surroundings. While private, this is a working rural setting rather than a fully secluded retreat. A comfortable and welcoming base , a perfect home away from home!

2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

Retreat on Inglewood

A cute tiny abode. Enjoy own entrance, a garden with fire pit & BBQ Escape to a cosy loft bedroom. Lounge area & fold out queen sofa. Bathroom with rain shower. Full kitchen to cook a meal. TV with netflix, Wi-Fi & split system. Complimentary tea, coffee, granola, milk & bathroom products to get you started 6 min drive to beach, shops, Kings Falls, 10 min to Hot Springs Cape Schank & Arthurs Seat You might be lucky to hear our family of kookaburras at dusk and our regular owl.

Merricks Stable - The Hayshed

Located in Merricks North on the Mornington Peninsula, The Hayshed is the perfect retreat for 2 guests to enjoy all seasons. Whether it's relaxing on the deck with a glass of local wine overlooking the picturesque surrounding farmland, or lounging by the cosy wood fire in the cooler months with a hot chocolate and good book in hand, this lovingly restored hayshed will captivate you from the moment you open the rustic front door.

Correa Cabin

Correa cabin is a modern and private retreat. You'll find the space perfect for a relaxing getaway or as a base while you explore the local beaches, wineries and restaurants. We are a 10 minute drive from the hot springs and 15 minute walk from St Andrews Beach Brewery. The surf beach is a short (5 min) drive away. Spend time in the private outdoor area or relax in the well-equipped cabin.

We offer a modern, private, two bedroom guesthouse to accommodate 4 guests. The Guesthouse is attached to the rear of our property. It is safe, private, and unique. You'll be close to some of the best wineries, restaurants, cafes, the famous Peninsula Hot Springs, and Alba Springs, as we are situated in the heart of the Peninsula.
