Enjoy this stylish and centrally located studio located just a short stroll to Bondi Beach. You will be on the sand in five minutes enjoying the sun and surf. Cafes and restaurants are also nearby as well as convenient transport options to Bondi Junction or the city just two mins away. The self checkin studio is completely private. It is close, but detached from the house. It consists of a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom/shower/toilet and washing machine, kitchenette and relaxing outdoor space.

This studio flat is located directly overlooking Gordon's bay. There are no cars or streets, just the coastal walking path. The coastal path, Gordon's bay and Clovelly are a mere handful of steps away. The studio is located on the bottom floor of an apartment block. It has its own separate private entrance. The flat is located to receive afternoon sun, and the sunsets are stunning. The waves are audible at night. The coastal path it overlooks is peacefully quiet at night - no traffic noise!

Woollahra is a leafy suburb next to Bondi Junction, and part of inner Sydney. Railway and Bus Depots, 100's of shops, restaurants and Westfield Ceare only a few minutes walk. Beaches are close. The outlook over the city and eastern suburbs will keep you on the deck. It is a comfortable and well presented premium apartment. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families. There's so much around us, many beaches, our glittering harbour, the city and so many parks and beautiful walks

Your accommodation is a 5min walk to Bronte and Tamarama beaches & along the coastal walk to Bondi. Sculptures by the Sea October/November. Vivid Sydney Harbour -WOW light Show May /June. It's a renovated, private, self-contained apartment in the front section of my home. Welcome to my sunny Bondi Beach pad! It is cozy yet comfortable, located on on of the best streets in Bondi. Only a 3 mins stroll to the famous beach itself! Make the most of the close proximity of all the bars, shops and eateries close by to the unit. Woollies is just around the corner, plus the Bondi to Bronte beach walk, and all the beautiful fresh sea air you can breathe in. Bondi studio, separate bathroom & pool

The studio is above the garage, separate from the house, with its own entrance. There's a toilet cubicle and sink in the studio, while your private bathroom with shower and another toilet is downstairs, accessed via the outside staircase. Starter supplies of tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided. We're 10-15 minutes' walk from Bondi Junction train station, with several bus routes nearby. Close to beaches, Bondi Junction shopping and transport hub, bars, restaurants.
