Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. The vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests and boasts a cozy cabin charm, a large terrace, and breathtaking lake views. Perfect for couples, small families, or friends who love peace and nature.

Skønt sommerhus i Marielyst på Lolland Falster

Huset er lyst og hyggelig. Min bolig er god til par og familier (med børn). Et super sommerhus, som kan bruges hele året, ligger 200 meter til Danmarks bedste strand. Marielyst er et godt ferieparadis, med strand, skov, rigt fugle og dyre liv. Marielyst har også shopping, restauranter, og barer. Huset kan også bruges om vinteren, der er en energivenlig varmepumpe, og huset er godt isoleret. Prisen er uden El forbrug. Så krav om ekstra betaling for El forbrug kommer efter opholdet.

Mit ihrem rustikalen Charme und der gemütlichen Einrichtung erwartet euch ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Die Hütte ist ein idyllisches Zuhause fernab vom Alltagstrube, nur 7km vom Meer entferntl. Ihr werdet von der natürlichen Schönheit der Umgebung begeistert sein. Kommt vorbei und überzeugt euch selbst!

Whether by the water, on the apple tree or in the grass, everyone will find their favorite spot here! Our holiday farm has a 20,000 m² waterfront property with its own water access, jetty and boat rental. Rowing boat 6€/hour or 24€/day and electric boat 50 or 60€/day (reserve if necessary). At the rear there are 3 log houses, in front a group house for 20 people and a small holiday apartment. Each log cabin has its own parking space directly at the house.

Enjoy your holiday in our modern and bright holiday home in Bøtø. The cabin features high ceilings, large windows, and three bedrooms, making it suitable for 1-2 families of up to eight people. It is only 1.5 km from one of Denmark's best sandy beaches, where the coastline is ideal for walking, cycling, and running. You can also experience nature in Bøtø Forest with wild horses. Marielyst, located 3 km away, offers ice cream, shopping, and good restaurants.

Ægte sommerhusstemning tæt på natur

Hyggeligt sommerhus på lukket vej med to små værelser (et med 140x200 seng og et med to enkeltsenge 70x190cm), køkken med spiseplads, badeværelse og stue med sofaområde. Desuden overdækket terasse. Området er det perfekte sted til fred og ro; tæt på Bøtøskoven, Gedesby Strand og Gedesby Mølle. Som gæst skal man selv medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker etc. Der er intet rengøringsgebyr, da det forventes, at man selv gør rent efter endt besøg :-)

It features an energy-efficient heat pump and a wood-burning stove that adds warmth and comfort on chilly evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, convection oven, four ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster and dishwasher. Two smart TVs with Netflix and Prime Video – please use your own account.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This newly refurbished cabin is located 5 minutes walk from the family friendly sandy beach of Marielyst. The cabin is bright and airy with its open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with access to a decked area where you can enjoy the evening sun. It's a short bicycle ride to local shops, a butcher and a variety of restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
