Frente al mar de Bolnuevo, esta vivienda pertenece a nuestra familia desde hace más de un siglo. En ella hemos pasado los mejores veranos de nuestra vida. Aunque conserva la estructura y distribución de la vivienda original, la hemos renovado y dotado de todas las comodidades posibles, para convertirla en un amplio, apacible e inmejorable lugar para descansar o trabajar, disfrutar de la playa y los atractivos de la zona en cualquier momento del año. No es un piso, ni un apartamento, es una casa.

Cosy countryside casita for two in Andalucia.

Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

La casa dispone di materiale per il mare, come sedie da spiaggia, ombrellone e borsa-frigo. Il mio alloggiamento è buono sia per coppie che per famiglie con bambini. In prossimità dell'appartamento si trova facilmente parcheggio.

Casa de la Montaña

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
