The house is a Modern mansion in a classic building of 1926 on the stunning estate Sancta Maria Noordwijk in the middle of the Dutch dunes. Connected to Zandvoort circuit.The house has high ceilings, is light and spacial with an open floor plan connecting spaces. It has a front terras in the sun for having breakfast and lunch and a back garden with dining table and lounge sofa and fireplace for a nice cosy evening. Noordwijk is at the beach and is a gorgeous health resort in the midel of nature.

Located in heart of the city-centre. Restaurants, bars, historical sight seeings , museums, shopping area, central station, tour-boat harbor, its all at walking distance. Complete house for yourself, with private entrance. Many unusual things, like a popcorn machine, open-fire-place in your bedroom, an indoor terrace, etc. Some pictures may give the impression as if they are taken outside the house in a cozy street, or in the garden, but that's really just the decoration of the living room.

We live at a characteristic Dutch home built in the 1930's. In our home and garden you will find an atmosphere of blended Dutch and Indonesian culture. We enjoy our garden with its different terraces and view over the water. In our free time we like to take our boat for a tour in the area. The world famous Keukenhof flower gardens are around the corner, as well as some nice beaches. Amsterdam and airport are closeby just like Haarlem, Leiden. The trainstation is within walking distance.

Recently, I acquired this property, and I'm thrilled to open it to the public as a bed & breakfast! Villa Abbekerk offers spacious rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. Every morning, a fresh breakfast made from locally sourced ingredients is served in the breakfast room.

Park the cars in front of the house (private). The sea is a 15 second walk (4 seconds running). Slightly more when the tide is low. Don’t worry about anything. We got you covered with a fully equipped kitchen, two huge beds, a private garden, warm outdoor shower, speedy landline wifi, star roofed bathroom and ‘bolderkar’ for the kids. Good news for all animal lovers: well-behaved dogs are allowed during the winter months (nov - feb).

Je slaapt in een oude school, in een voormalig klaslokaal, met grote ramen en comfortabel ingericht, als een fijne hotelkamer. Je privé en suite badkamer is ruim. We serveren een heerlijk ontbijt, als het lekker weer is op het dakterras. De kamer ligt op de eerste etage, je kunt gebruik maken van een pantry in de hal en van de wasruimte. Het gebouw staat aan de rand van het centrum, goed lopend te bereiken met ov, fiets en auto.
