Recomendation

I've stayed here for 2 times now, the 1st everything was great, clean and homey. But the 2nd time the shower is a bit leaking but overall everything is as good as the 1st stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment — it truly felt like a home away from home. The space is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made it perfect for me and my family during our time in Jakarta for an event. The location is very strategic, with easy access to the mall, as well as shops, restaurants, and MRT. It was convenient and comfortable for all of us. On top of that, the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families or anyone visiting Jakarta for a special occasion!

Prompt and Responsive Host I recently had the pleasure of staying atZaki’s Airbnb, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of my stay was Zaki’s prompt and responsive communication.

Kak Anto was a great host! super flexible and responsive even though I had to change my date of stay, everything is very well instructed and it was a nice stay, there was minimart surrounding the area too, super convenient! P.S. I really like the main bedroom concept where the bed is ascending area from the floor and it has wooden flooring space in between! once again thank you so much! it was nice to stay here during the short trip!

An excellent place to stay over if you have any event or business around ICE BSD or Aeon mall.

The experience of staying at Ella's house was very pleasant. from the smooth CI-CO, assisted by the very helpful housekeeper Kang Adang to the CO. Ella's house is really like the description in the photo, however, it is more spacious, neater, cleaner, more homey because all the amenities are complete like entering your own home. When we arrived, all the bedrooms had AC turned on, very comfortable after the trip & the room was fragrant and the mattress & bathroom were not damp. It has good ventilation & spacious room layout. With a large yard & the location is also not crowded even on weekends so it is very suitable for families who want to rest & or want to have an event that does not disturb the surrounding area. Amenities are quite complete Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels are all complete! Dispenser, Kitchen & bbq utensils are quite complete, we are very helped. That night we spent time with games &karaoke tools that are available. Thanks Raisa,wonderful experience!

It was a good experience, right from the beginning. Always responsive and helpful, even had a staff ready to come by and help with any issue. Great location, if you want to walk to a mall, there’s Aeon mall nearby; lots of small shops in the neighborhood all within walking range. If you stay here, you’d be greeted with water bottles and some munchies, thank you! The place is clean and enjoyable. All in all, twas worth the money. Thanks, Asma. Stayed for two months here and didn’t disappoint at all. Erin and Angki were very responsive. The location is as described. The area was situated in a peaceful and breezy setting. It is near the playground which our kid loves very much. There is a lake and many shops within walking distance. No washing machine provided, but there are 3-4 laundry shops just nearby and can provide pickup services. A 5-star stay. Will be surely coming again.

The place is exactly as advertised, the room is clean, and it is easy to find. Aeon Mall is nearby you can get everything there. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a short stay or attending any event at ICE BSD to stay here. It is strategically located.

The place was clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner worked perfectly and was a welcome relief given the hot weather yesterday. The apartment was also very easy to access, and Kak Andre provided clear instructions for check-in. Although the listing mentioned check-in at 2 PM, we were only able to check in at 2:40 PM - ish, likely due to the holiday season, but that wasn’t an issue. One thing to note is that the listing mentioned basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper, but unfortunately, those were not provided. However, the cookware was more than sufficient and in excellent condition, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We also didn’t receive the free parking as mentioned because the membership had expired, but Kak Andre refunded us right away, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend this place!
