Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Selma, grande, belle, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre : ombre, piscine, terrasses, vue magnifique et environnement calme. La maison est très proche du centre ville mais le chemin est très raide. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Huzurlu bahçesiyle doğayla iç içe, keyifli ve unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ev içerisinde olanaklar gayet yeterli, temiz ve sessiz, merkeze yürüyüş mesafesinde. Araç için özel otopark mevcut.

Amazing host and amazing place. Taner was very responsive and the house is amazing. We had a lot of fun and we will for sure comeback again.

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Son derece memnun kaldım. Hemen benimle iletişim kuruldu .Ne sorsam cevap aldım, onlarla ilgisi olmasa bile .İşlerinde çok iyiler onu anladım. Villaya gelince hersey gösterildiği gibi ve tertemiz .. Abarti yok hicbir ayrintida ,kullanisli ,kaliteli ve dedikleri kadar hatta daha fazla klas..Evimde gibiydim ..Villanın yeri ,konumu ve muhit muhteşem. Her fırsatta tercih edeceğim tek yer .Artık bodrumda evimiz var diyebilirim..Bana hissettirdikleri bunlar ..Burdan da tekrar hersey için teşekkür etmiş olayım. Teşekkürler bovilla ailesi !

Ali Bey’in iletişimi ve sorularımıza hızlı dönüşümü biz için çok iyiydi. Ailem ve arkadaşlarımla hoş ve huzurlu bir hafta geçirdik. Evin temizliği ve düzeni de gayet iyiydi kendi evinizde rahat bir şekilde oturmuş gibi hissettim. Çevreye gelicek olursak çok tatlı komşumuz vardı.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Дом больше, чем на фотографиях! Огромная кухня, где есть абсолютно все необходимое! У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Большая терраса и крыша дома с прекрасным видом. Бассейн огромный и больше, чем на других виллах в этом районе. Во всех комнатах кондиционеры. Матрасы очень удобные и я спала как младенец и впервые за долгое время выспалась! До пляжей, ресторанов, супермаркетов - 12 минут пешком. Пункт такси - 5 минут. На вилле очень много полотенец и свежего белья. Чудесный сад, тут растет инжир, гранат, перец, лук, оливки, апельсины. Много зелени и цветов) Берфин все время была на связи и советовала лучшие пляжи и была очень гостеприимна. Мехмет, управляющий домом, тоже чудесный и готов всегда помочь! Содержал бассейн и сад в чистоте. Из нюансов: если вы с детьми, будьте готовы а отключению воды. 4 дня из 16 дней не было воды ( и акустика в доме такая, что слышно все, что происходит в других комнатах. Спасибо за гостеприимство ❤️

Utku Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibiydi.Her sorumuza anında yanıt verdi sağolsun..Onun dışında evin konumu büyüleyici desem abartmış olmam gece manzara harika geniş balkonda yemek çay kahve içmek çok keyifliydi.Sonuç olarak çocuklarım ve eşimle harika bir tatil geçirmemize olanak tanıdı bu ev..Önümüzdeki yıllarda yeniden burada konaklamayı umuyorum😊

Very nice apartment. Simple, yet cozy, clean and has everything that one needs for a comfortable stay. There were some essentials missing at the beginning but Murat promptly provided them as well as the new blanket. Nights started becoming chilly. The apartment complex has a shared pool which is a bonus. The view from the living room/balcony is also very nice. Murat was always very attentive to the needs, replied promptly and even allowed a late checkout. If I come to this area, will gladly stay again here

I organised this trip for a group of 9 on a stag do. Sait was brilliant from start to finish. He organised transfers for the whole trip including to and from the airport and was very quick at responding for any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sait as a host. 5 stars!!!

Ev inanılmaz keyifli, her katında bulunan terasta mükemmel bir manzara eşliğinde keyif yapabiliyorsunuz. Mutfağa meraklıysanız A’dan Z’ye her şey mevcut. Yaz - Kış düşünmeden bu harika lokasyonda konaklayabilirsiniz, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Очень рекомендую всем, невероятно красивая, уютная квартира, хозяева этой квартиры это просто отдельная тема, они через пару минут общения стали родными, помогли с вызовом такси, накормили завтраком. Если можно было бы дать оценку больше 5, это было бы 100.

one of the best experiences I ever had .. I really enjoyed it.. Everything was exceptional 💕 a very cute family and Husain was so gentle and very respectful.. The caravan is looks exactly as the pictures 👍🏻 very cleen and prepared with everything you might need during your stay but in my opinion they missed some important things like “sleepers and body Sabun and Shampoo” and for the location they need a board with the location name to be easily reached 👍🏻 but instead of that everything was great 🤍🤍

This is a lovely, private flat just 5 minutes from the beach (and 10 minutes from a hidden beautiful bay.) it's on the end of a row of houses in a village, so very quiet. it's well equipped with overall quality gear. we cooked 2 out of every three meals here easily. Kaan was the perfect host, quickly responding to any questions we had. if you visit and like cats, please feel Spaghetti (the red cat we befriended 😊) overall super happy with the flat, the easy location to the beaches, the privacy and quiet, and the landlord Kaan. Who speaks perfect English by the way.

Ayşegül Hanım'ın evi gerçekten fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, çok güzel manzaralı ve sabah 10 dan itibaren gölge bir balkon, tertemiz ve her aradığınızı bulduğunuz eşyalar, çok nefis bir plaj. Ayşegül Hanım'ın anne babası Şehriban Hanım ve Oğuz Bey de alt katta kalıyorlar ve çok ilgililer, çok tatlı insanlar, bize nefis ikramlarda bulundular. Çok güzel bir tatildi, çok memnun kaldık.

TOP TOP TOP 🔝 Great house , well equipped ,clean, calm and secure ! in 10’ you can reach Bodrum marina/ center by taxi 100TL (4$). Very good location for shopping , 5’ walking to reach the OASIS mall , 12’ by taxi to reach the big mall “Midtown “. They are 3 restaurants (Turkish cuisine ) just 3’ walking distance from the house .Supermarket and mini market (open 24/7). Selin is always available for any info, query and help !! She advised us different locations for lunch / dinner and beach in turquoise water . Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend place .

Son derece zevkli döşenmiş, harika manzaraya sahip bu evde huzurlu bir hafta geçirdik. Evde ihtiyacımız olabilecek her şey kullanımımıza sunulmuştu. Ev sahiplerimiz bizleri yıllardır tanışıyormuşçasına dostça karşıladı ve uğurladı. Kendilerine güzel evleri için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Ece’s place it’s in the perfect location! We were 1 minutes blocked walking from the centre and 10 from the sea side. Locations it’s perfect! The house comfortable and quiet. Absolutely a must! Thank you
