Holiday home in a green area

Welcome to our oasis of tranquility. Being located on a historical and green location in the Achterhoek, you can fully enjoy the nature. Centuries ago, a castle called ‘Huis Ulft’ was located on the premises. It used to belong to the sister of one of the Netherlands most important historical figures. Nowadays, the location still resembles a fairytale’s beauty. The cottage is comfortably equipped with facilities as a large private terrace, multiple unique bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Das Ferienhaus ist 2018 fertig geworden. Es liegt auf einem Bauernhof im nördlichsten Gelsenkirchen. Alle Attraktionen, wie z.B. Movie-Park, Zoom-Erlebniswelt, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpin-Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten uvm sind schnell zu erreichen. Bäcker, Cafés, Supermärkte, Apotheken und Ärzte sind fussläufig erreichbar. Um unseren Hof finden sie Getreide-, Mais-, Kartoffelfelder und Pferderwiesen, wo man spazieren kann, oder man genießt die Ruhe auf unserer Terrasse und erholt sich.

't Ganzennest : In het buitengebied van het 8 kastelen dorpje Vorden staat dit volledig ingerichte vrijstaande huisje. Door de ligging is het ideaal voor wandelaars, fietsers en natuurliefhebbers. Een fietsenschuur is aanwezig. Het huisje wordt beneden verwarmd of gekoeld door een aircondioner. De slaapzolder is onverwarmd en in de winter echt koud. Er staat ev. een electrische radiator. Kortom genieten in deze prachtige omgeving. Niet geschikt voor minder validen. Zonder ontbijt.

Vakantiehuis 'Een Streepje Voor'

Prachtig stil vakantiehuisje in nat. park de Maasduinen, aan Pieterpad en bos, heide, vennen, weiland. Voor 1 tot 4 personen. Kinderen heel welkom! Slaapkamer met twee bedden (los of twee-persoons), keuken, badkamer, woonkamer met houtkachel en slaap-vide met 2 persoons bed. Mooi uitzicht, rust. In de meivakantie (17 april-3 mei) en in de zomervakantie (10 juli-23 augustus) alleen langer verblijf mogelijk (met automatische korting). Graag even contact opnemen wat mogelijk is.

NEW🌟Guesthouse ‘ Het Koetshuis’ met zwemvijver

Sinds augustus 2021 is ons koetshuis omgebouwd tot Guesthouse! Het hosten van het eerste Guesthouse beviel zo goed dat we besloten er een tweede bij te zetten. Het huis staat vrij op ons terrein van 4,5 hectare. Het uitzicht is prachtig en kijkt uit op de weide. Het perceel heeft een grote zwemvijver met strand, een boomgaard met bloementuin, een veld met speeltoestellen en een weiland. Dit alles toegankelijk voor onze gasten. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

"wild & wohlig" im Münsterland

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

Vakantiehuis Absoluut Achterhoek 6 personen

Onze vakantiewoning gebouwd in Saksische stijl is in 2019 compleet verbouwd, alles is nieuw en sfeervol ingericht en van veel luxe voorzien. De vakantiewoning ligt op een kleinschalig rustig vakantiepark, dit park ligt in een bosrijke omgeving met veel wandel- en fietsroutes. De woning heeft een grote tuin met volledige privacy, met een vuurplaats en een pizzaoven. Onze woning grenst direct aan het bos. Kortom een perfecte plek om te genieten!

Gastenverblijf de Grenspeddelaar

Precies over de grens Woold-Barlo ligt de Grenspeddelaar. Voor heen een winkeltje en benzinestation, waarmee het ooit begon. Inmiddels is het tankstation onbemand en is het voormalig winkeltje verbouwd tot een charmant en comfortabel gastenverblijf. De Grenspeddelaar ligt op een bijzondere plek: er is soms reuring, maar er staan ook grazende koeien aan de overkant van de weg. Iedere gast, vakantieganger of passant is welkom!

The house, built in 1971, has just been completely renovated and newly furnished. Every guest – big or small – will quickly feel at home. The spacious living and dining room area overlooks a large, secluded garden. Everything is light and friendly. On the large terrace you can have a leisurely breakfast, barbecue or simply sunbathe. All rooms are tastefully furnished and offer a pleasant level of comfort.

The property has recently been fully modernized and is equipped with all the comforts. Typisch Frans - met privésauna

Een vrijstaande stenen huisje met besloten tuin en uitzicht op het coulisselandschap van de Achterhoek. De woonkamer is door de vele ramen heel licht en ruim. Het heeft ook een houtkachel zodat je je op koude avonden, lekker kunt warmen bij de kachel en uiteraard in de sauna. Onze paarden lopen in de wei voor het tuintje ook lopen onze kippen los door de tuin.
