Great little spot. Just a few blocks from the main strip of bars and restaurants. Small and humble, but efficient use of the space, so if you’re ok with the non-fancy, it’s the perfect spot. Great value. Will stay here again for sure if we come back to Tybee for another golf trip.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Tracy and her husband were absolutely magnificent. They both were very helpful in recommending restaurants and driving directions around the island. Tracy made us feel like she had known us forever. Would highly recommend this rental!!!!!

Our family had an amazing stay. It was our first time to Tybee Island and Renee the co-host was great with providing local places to visit and eat, she was great to correspond with, very attentive and always available should we needed any help with anything. Beautiful house with plenty of room. We had 6 adults and 5 children visit and everyone had a great time. Highly recommend. The lighthouse is right in your back. What a great site to see early in the morning or evening relaxing on the back deck. Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay there again.

It was exactly what our family needed. Seeing the dolphins swimming was an extra bonus .

This was the perfect place for me! I loved the location - just steps from the quiet, uncrowded beach, very close to the pool and hot tub ( which I had to myself - wonderful!). It was peaceful - more of a private, uncrowded, adult atmosphere. The unit was clean, well appointed and the perfect size for me. The host was super helpful and responsive when I had a question. I'd happily stay here again!

Our entire group thought this was the possibly the nicest airbnb we've ever rented. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location with easy access. We had another unit rented thru this same host but the AC went out a few days before check-in but they were proactive and switched us to an equally great unit that I think our group was even more excited to stay in after they saw the photos. All around great experience and we plan on coming back next year

Alecia was a great host. She responded quickly to questions and resolved a minor problem as soon as possible. The inside of the home was immaculate! There was a great supply of extra bed linens and towels .The appliances were superior. We were able to squeeze 6 cars between the garage and gravel driveway. The home appears to have more parking than most. We would love to come back.

My family of 6 stayed at the The Grace Calire for our Spring Break vacation a couple weeks ago. I cannot recommend this house enough! The location is perfect with short walks to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house itself looked exactly like the photos and did not disappoint! The house was very clean, had a game room that my kids loved and also had a backyard full of things to do! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed swimming in it every day all day and night! There was a slight issue one day with the pool but Michelle and Nikki were extremely responsive and spent time out of their day to find a resolution ASAP, which I'm sure was no easy task since it was on a Sunday. If you are looking for a place to stay at that is in a great location, has an abundant amount of things to do just at the house alone, is very clean, and has hosts who excel at the definition of client service, this is the house you want to book! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

This is an absolutely gorgeous home that is perfect for a large family. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood with its own access to the beach. We loved every moment spent there!

Fantastic clean as a whistle very, very well appointed. Lots of plates, glassware, etc.. would definitely stay there again. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Halen's place! The location was fantastic, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, allowing for easy morning walks and sunset views. We also appreciated that it wasn't too far from Savannah, making for a great day trip to explore the city. The property itself was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. The beautiful and relaxing pool was definitely a highlight – we spent many enjoyable hours lounging by the water. Finally, Halen was a fantastic host. She gave us all the information we needed ahead of time, making check-in and our stay seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had an amazing stay here. The house was in a perfect location, quiet but very close to both the beach and shopping/dining. The backyard was perfect for our little dog who is disabled. My husband found the primary bed to be uncomfortable, but I didn’t have any issues at all. We didn’t try any of the other beds though. We’re planning to book this house for next year, would definitely recommend staying here.

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

Wonderful place on Tybee Island! Perfect for a relaxing week away with our family. Just over 200 steps to the beach (my kids counted) with everything you could need to enjoy a day at the water. Plus it is only a short walk/bike ride into town. Beautiful spot, wonderful host, and an amazing experience. Thank you!

Really beautiful home in Sea Pines, an easy walk to the beach and right alongside the bike paths. The house was even bigger than shown in the pictures, and super clean. I was amazed that even the inside of the oven was pristine! The beach is huge and uncrowded, the beds in the house are comfy, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 single beds which are perfect for kids. Plus, our dog was welcome (and very happy) in the home. We'd definitely recommend this home!

The place is very open and set up well for families! Sea Pines is a great neighborhood with plenty of different areas to explore and spend afternoons. The hosts are great, very communicative and the house is exceptional.
