Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Our group of 4 had the perfect stay. Watching the moon rise over the northern headland and surf at Boomerang beach was spectacular. A huge pod of dolphins close to shore were also delighted with the early rising moon. The Recky, which is only minutes away was the place to eat and watch the sunset. This ideally situated beach pad townhouse, close to Boomerang Beach and Elizabeth Beach would suit a family on school holidays or a small group. The surf lifesaving club on Elizabeth had the flags set up and were actively patrolling during the NSW Easter School hols. A great working space kitchen and a fabulously large, comfortable L-shaped lounge in the separate but adjoining lounge room with big screen tv. No internet, however we were able to hotspot from our phone to access Netflix. Just note that you will need data and be smart phone/tv savvy. Thanks Michelle for making our stay very enjoyable.

This place was fantastic! Perfectly clean and tidy, with plenty of parking and just a short walk to the beach. I’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend!

Wonderful property with views over the river and beach. Main living areas on the main floor with a massive balcony with a wonderful outdoor dining area. 2 large fans are in the lounge area and the double sliding doors to the balcony provide for a lovely breezes. 3 good sized bedrooms downstairs, the main has a beautiful ensuite with a free standing deep soaking tub. It was amazing to soak in at the end of the day. There are fans in the bedroom. The kitchen has everything you could think of - tons of cutlery, serving platters, glasses, mugs, crockery, etc Parking onsite, a quick walk to either Washhouse or Pilot beach’s - this is a perfect little spot in the Camden Haven region.

Great little place to stay. Very close to town and beautifully laid out inside. Communication around the booking was great, warm and proactive. Wonderful experience and would definitely stay there again. :)

Perfect place for a small family like us! We were lucky to book this last minute after we cancelled our overseas trip. Short drive to everything, short walk to Bagnall Beach, very clean & tidy, and has everything you need for a short stay! Had a small issue with the TV streaming but was addressed right away even on a Sunday morning! We had a very pleasant experience overall!

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

I booked this air BnB for my husband and I to stay at for our wedding weekend, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The whole house was immaculate, and had the most beautiful views! Would definitely visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at the beach house! The house was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a nearby playground for the kids. One of the standout features was the amazing shower pressure. The location is perfect, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and the beach. There’s plenty of roadside parking, making it an ideal spot for a holiday, especially for families with kids. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Olas! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jaymie was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

After staying with Ruth for over 2 weeks, I didn't want to leave! It really felt like home in the end. It was awesome to have my own space and bathroom but then be able to use the lovely kitchen. The pool is stunning, the photos don't do it justice! Super safe and peaceful area but accessible to everything in Newcastle. Ruth and I had some lovely conversations and I will definitely stay there again! Thanks Ruth.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

This place was great to stay with friends. Great Amenities and amazing location.

Great time with family. Kids played in the beach or pool. The accommodation had everything we needed including oven and washing machine (it was old and needed some fiddling to work out).

We had a lovely stay at One Mile Ridge. The kids loved the infinity pool & spa! The villa was clean and conveniently located within a short drive of beaches and shops.
