Waratah Cottage is a tranquil, spacious and beautiful home set on a large landscaped lock in Katoomba, close to lookouts and scenic attractions. The recently renovated house contains three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. There is also an alcove with a queen sofa bed. Waratah Cottage has a range of eco-features such as double-glazed windows and doors and solar panels with battery storage. Electric heaters are in every room and electric blankets too.

NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).
