Blue Knob's Sweet Retreat

Alicia's cabin at blue knob is in a great location to explore all you can do in Blue knob state park we were minutes from the main ski lodge, tubing run , cross country skiing , condo pool and hot tub . The cabin itself is adorable ( according to my wife) it has a spacious homey feel . I t is decorated in a neat cabin vibe . Alicia was a wonderful host in that she was accommodating, thorough in her directions and explanation of what there is to do and where to do it . She communicated instantly when we had any questions or concerns . this place is and A + I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cabin in the Blue knob area .

The Flying Squirrel Lodge-Luxury Family Getaway

Finding a place to stay during Penn State graduation weekend can be stressful and expensive. But the moment we walked in the door at the Flying Squirrel Lodge, we felt immediately at ease. Everything was as advertised and more! The beautiful living room, the kitchen with every amenity under the sun, the cool music room, the game room for the kids, the clean and modern bedrooms, and the list goes on and on. Traveling with our group of 8 ranging in age from 19-75, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house and couldn’t stop talking about just how beautiful the place was. Regardless of what brings you to the area, a stay at the Flying Squirrel Lodge is worth every penny!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Sue and Gregg are great hosts. Friendly and welcoming but not at all intrusive. Our cabin was quite comfortable. Very clean. Even better than was depicted in the photos. The mountain view is just incredible. We stayed for only one night, but definitely want to return for a longer stay. Thank you!!

Raystown Retreat - Spacious Luxury Family Cabin

The home was beautiful and clean. It was a short drive to town for supplies and to the lake for some fresh air. Our family loved the space to spread out for sleeping. Beds and bedding were so comfortable and the wooded setting was dark and peaceful, all of which made for restful sleep. The kids loved the game space in the basement- playing ping pong, air hockey, and on the PSII. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped for making family meals and the large dining table allowed for the 10 of us to eat together. All of this, plus we were able to enjoy all of this with our 2 dogs. Ellen was responsive to a couple of questions and needs, as well as understanding when an item was accidentally broken. The only concern was some additional rules that were not on the original listing, but were messaged a few weeks before our reservation.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The house was fantastic, and we especially loved the small creek next to the property—it added a lovely touch to our stay. The outdoor TV, fire pit, and hot tub were well-maintained and perfect for relaxing evenings. The basement was a bonus. There's a pool table and plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

What an amazing cabin ! This place had it all and is exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Everything was immaculate and there is incredible attention to detail for all our needs. The hot tub on the river was incredible. It worked flawlessly and the ambiance of all the nature sounds and surroundings was perfect. Highly highly recommend this incredible home and hosts !

This clean and comfortable place was exactly as advertised. It was conveniently located for our weekend plans, minutes from the Allegrippis Trails. We appreciated the small details, like s'mores supplies, USB outlets, labeled drawers, and seasoned firewood with kindling. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. We had the best time! The hosts are the nicest people and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay! The hosts kept us posted on all of the fun activities on the mountain. We loved the fireplace in the condo. We will definitely be back! Thank you 😊

Evergreen Hideaway

We had family come in from Virginia, New Jersey and Rhode Island to meet here for a weekend getaway. This cabin had so much space for our large group. The upstairs space was perfect for the kiddos. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for preparing meals. Abram was very proactive with his communication. He also reassured me that he was available for any questions or concerns. It was a great stay!
