Sauna und Jacuzzi können gegen zusätzliche Gebühr privat genutzt werden – perfekt zum Entspannen.

Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

In nur ca. 30 Auto-Minuten gelangt man zu den Schigebieten im Großen Walsertal, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon oder Laterns. Tagesausflüge nach Liechtenstein, in die Schweiz, an den Bodensee sind möglich.

In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.
