Blount County: soggiorni in case vacanze

This was the perfect spot to land for a business trip with a colleague. We work forestry contracts and had been roughing it in hotels and camping. Matt's place felt like an oasis. It was spotless, spacious, and cozy. We had everything we needed to make home-cooked meals, our own bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice back porch to relax, and we felt secure with our work gear there. Matt checked in on us several times via messages and was immediately responsive with any questions we had. He also went above and beyond by letting my colleague pop back in after check-out to retrieve his forgotten air purifier. Classy and top notch all around!

Beautiful location, the home is as described and feels very private. The bed is comfortable and everything is well laid out. Communication was flawless with any questions answered quickly. We did not encounter any issues during our stay, and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Jen and Mike!

The home is very nice, was very clean, and he bedrooms are very nice. The common areas were great for cooking and hanging out. The location is a bit shabby and the outdoor photos do not represent what it really looks like. Other guests mentioned the stairs are slippery and indeed they are particularly because it is a shoes off house and you are in your socks. Several of us fell on the stairway, myself included. Also there seems to be a plumbing issue. If dishwasher is on it makes loud gurgling sounds in master bath sink. Also guest complained about the shower pressure in all rooms.

Enjoyed our stay with our kids (9 & 4). Comfy beds, fun game room, great hot tub and porch.

We enjoyed our stay here with the entire family of 11. The home is spacious and has plenty of amenities to enjoy. Beds and bathrooms are comfortable. The location was wonderful to get to area attractions also.

OMG y’all, Amy is such a sweetheart!! Her home is gorgeous and the surrounding hills and large 4 season room filled with windows made for some amazing mornings with coffee! The house is very spacious and fit everyone with a dining room, two sitting rooms and large kitchen. You got to get creative with bathrooms as there are only two but that didn’t even become an issue with our group. There is a beautiful pool with plenty of patio/deck space for hanging out. Covered parking and garage access. This house is about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to the City of Marryville. Also there is a tiny little hole-in-the wall diner called Snoring Bear. It’s a must stop for breakfast and only five minutes from the house. Amy was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we felt at home. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you plan on visiting eastern Tennessee!!! We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We didn’t need to spend any extra money on things for the kids to do because this cabin had everything! The pool was so much fun, the theater was great for family time, the hot tub was definitely relaxing, and the view and fire place from the top deck was both beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back! The host is quick to respond with any issue as well as the maintenance guy. Both are very nice.

This was an absolutely beautiful experience. The pictures did not do the house justice. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, peaceful ...... When we were at the house we mostly enjoyed the deck. On the last night was the only time we even turned the television on.... and that was only because my son wanted me to see a specific movie. Thank you Mary for all your assistance!!!!

Beautiful place! You can't beat the view and the cabin was very spacious. Plenty of beds for everyone and very comfortable as well. It had all the listed amenities. Great place to stay.

I stayed here with 7 friends. The house is gorgeous, everything was easy to find and use. We loved it.

Josh was a great host, very polite and responsive. The space was very neat and clean. It was exactly what we needed.

Marti’s house was fantastic. Super clean, fast internet, great location and awesome screened in porch. Will definitely stay there again next time I’m in town with my family.

This was a dream vacation! It was two families; 4 kids and 4 adults +1dog. Every morning we work up to a breathtaking view and did a mile walk in the mountains. Then drove down the hill to all the fun activities in PG. This house is in the best location! The beds were extremely comfortable! We believe the kings are California kings because it felt so spacious! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and more! The large peninsula was great for the kids! The wooden furniture is so stunning and adds to the cabin feel. We have never been in this area, and hope to come back in a couple years! Denise was amazing! She was very responsive to any questions! We stayed for a week and trash for our group built up quick, especially with one still in pull ups. We easily got a mid week trash pick up. Thank you Denise for sharing your home with us!

We love the bnb! It was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, lots to do, and very relaxing! Highly recommend!

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

I cannot recommend this place enough!! Holly was incredible and the house was beautiful.

Nick's place is quiet, clean, and just like it is described in the ad. The only caution I have is that the house is located on a narrow curvy road. As soon as you come out of a curve, the house is on your right so take caution. I advise you arrive during daylight hours, the road is easier to negotiate during the day.

What a beautiful place! The decor is stylish, the extra touches (shampoo, etc, in the bathrooms; oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, extra supplies in the pantry) appreciated, and the patio space peaceful. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. The location is convenient for enjoying the beauty of Cades Cove. Kelly is very quick to reply and was gracious in helping us enjoy our time here. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed in many air bnb’s ranging from a beautiful cabin on a mountain in Tennessee to an apartment in Boston, this is the most accurate air bnb as photographed and described, no fancy angles or lights to make it look bigger this airbnb is so spacious and made us feel right at home. The amenities the host left us were more than enough for a week, often hosts leave just enough for a couple days even if you’re staying for longer. The washer dryer is a perfect size and the bathroom is way bigger than the one at our house. You can tell Christine cares about her guests from having extra dog poop bags and even a leash to tampons in the bathroom. An air bnb like this made us so sad to leave and only helped confirm this is the type of neighborhood we want to move to! Thank you Christine for providing us a safe, spacious, and comfortable place to stay while we searched for our future home in Tennessee! Our dogs thank you for a well maintained lawn and spacious area too!

The space was exactly as described and in a great area if you are wanting to spend most of your time in a peaceful location and exploring the Smokys. The place had enough space for our family of 7 and we weren't cramped at all. The place is on the side of a hill and the road to get there is steep and windy, but our 12 passenger van made it just fine. Definitely use her directions and not gps the first time. I would definitely come back. My kids were sad to leave.

Staying at David’s was a joy. The house was exactly what we needed and was stocked amazingly. He understands hospitality and we had a lovely stay. If you are looking for the perfect, peaceful home base for your TN vacation this is it.

Their place was absolutely lovely! Even better than the photos! The beds were very comfortable as well! I loved the area, it was so pretty and secluded, but close enough to the town, Tellico Lake, and the Tail of the Dragon. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! 10/10!

Owners were great communication from start to the end. House is very cozy and lovely. Very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and looking forward to going there again. Thank you so much!!!
