Welcome to your Columbus getaway! Important things to know: -The pool is not heated, and water temperature depends on the weather. It is open from Memorial Day (May 31) through Labor Day weekend (September 8th), weather permitting. -Maximum occupancy is 9 guests at all times, including visitors. -Because the home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, parties, events, and loud gatherings are not permitted. -Quiet hours must be respected so we can remain good neighbors.

The kitchen has a fridge, 2 burner electric stove, coffee maker, teapot, and other essentials. 1 bedroom with queen bed and full bath. The entire space is for guests. There is a locked door and hallway between the apartment and the remainder of the house, where the owner lives. It is our goal to provide a clean and comfy place for you to stay!

Sitting on 5 1/2 acres, TRF has a large private outdoor space, firepits, 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 guests, and has everything a hotel stay could offer and more! And the best part? We are dog friendly! We do have a 2 dog minimum. TRF is located in Commercial Point, Ohio-just south of Grove City and 15 miles from downtown Columbus.

The Homestead is an excellent place to relax & entertain your whole family and friends (up to 10 People).
