The suite has its own entrance in the back of the house and onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The space is very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Kick back and relax in this modern ranch style home! Enjoy a soothing bath with the warmth & ambiance of the fireplace. There is a back porch that has seating coupled with a fire pit. You could park 2-3 vehicles in the driveway. There is also plenty of parking available on the street. LOCATION: You are roughly 2.8 miles from Oakmont, which offers many entertainment options! This suite has its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette. The wall-to-wall windows look over the front yard, courtyard, and our neighbor's Victorian home.
