Elizabeth was great as a host. We stayed for Lytham festival and shared the house with another guest also at the festival. No issues sharing and the other guests were great to share with. Very close to everything in Lytham. Elizabeth gave us some great suggestions for food & drink. The house is stunning. Elizabeth helped us secure parking right outside.

Just returned from a two night stay. Beautifully appointed house, great amenities and well within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the seafront. Gary and Dava sent recommendations for eating out and we certainly weren't disappointed! The house is a great space, enjoyed sitting in the garden and making use of the facilities. Both hosts were extremely responsive and we highly recommend the property to others. St Anne's is stunning and we were so happy to get such a fab place as this. Would love to return! 5* all round.

Great accommodation, lovely furnishings all felt very homely. The bedrooms were really cosy. Nice quiet location with great access to the beach. Lots of places to eat and local shops really close too. We bought our dog along so the gated courtyard was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Recently stayed at Donna's house for a long weekend break, during which, we went to Lytham Festival. Donna is a great host, really responsive to all communications and very helpful with any queries I had. Donna met us at the house to show us how things worked and to give us the key box code. The house is immaculate, beds are comfortable, spacious living and dining area, the hot tub, fire pit, outdoor bar are a fantastic bonus. The house is situated in a quiet avenue with nice neighbours who were chatty and friendly. We didn't get round to using the BBQ but it's a decent sized one. Bring a spare towel for the hot tub (but Donna supplies the bathroom towels). Remember to ask how to light the fire pit, we didn't, but Donna does share her phone number with you so you can ask her anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year.

Wow. What a beautiful home! The pictures do not do it justice. We absolutely loved our stay here. As soon as we arrived it felt extremely homely and the place had everything we could have needed. We stayed as a group of friends celebrating 2 birthdays, and there was more than enough room for us, the place is huge! We were able to enjoy a bbq, sunbathe, and play games in the huge garden. Ros was so helpful and responsive. Thankyou for having us, you have really put your everything into your home, we had the best time together.

Lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I grew up in the area and was nice to come back and stay again. The flat was spotless, and well furnished with everything you would need for a short stay. Jonathan was super responsive to any queries we had, and was really helpful answering questions. We will definitely be back next time we are staying in the area.

Mary was a great host- very responsive. The Maples 3 was perfect for our stay as a base to explore the local area. It was very clean with all the basics needed in a peaceful location.

Beautiful location with stunning views over the countryside. Comfortable furnishings and relaxing place to rest our heads as we spent most of our days out and about for work. Colin was very responsive to messages and very helpful, before and during our stay. A great base to explore the local area.

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Amazing place and Sam was absolutely spot on couldn't fault the experience. The surroundings were breath taking and the panoramic sky view at night truly becomes magical with all the lights off you can see the stars right above you while you're in bed. Overall experience is amazing and would highly recommend for a few days away to just meditate and get away from daily stress.

Absolutely loved our stay here the night after we got married, was the perfect place to celebrate just the two of us ❤️ we loved it that much we’ve already booked to try one of the other lodges on our 1st wedding anniversary!

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.

Stayed two nights at Laura's with my son for my birthday. Beautiful location, fantastic cabin, well equipped, clean and cosy. Great location for things to see and do. Spent the day at Leighton Moss, a few miles away, which is great. Highly recommend this beautiful place. Particularly enjoyed the bench by the lake watching the birds and the baby Coots. We had a beautiful stay at The Boathouse, it was just like the photos we were extremely impressed. We had the best time as a family of 4 inc our pooch who also enjoyed his stay. Lots of fun, laughter, relaxing & memory making .. perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and being a super friendly host x

We stayed in the Mushroom Hut, it was beautifully clean and the whole setting is lovely. We were very lucky with the weather which also helped and meant we could enjoy the hot tub and play in the field. My little boy loved it and loved sleeping in the bed up the high ladders and toasting marshmallows!
