Very cozy house/cabin close to the water, with lots of room, jacuzzi, and very nice outside space.

I have spent quite a lot of time looking for a perfect accommodation for my family in the Bergen area. The time was very well invested! Erlend’s house is a wonderful place. Perfect for family with kids, people who would like to have both, the closeness to a very nice city and the nature. And for persons who love cats. Roses, the cat of the family is amazing. We were there without a car, it is doable if you do not have overly ambitious plans for your activities. Erlend is an extremely helpful and accommodating host and reacts quickly. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation.

Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold på gården! Det var noe helt eget å våkne opp til lyden av natur og dyrene. Med så hyggelige verter følte vi oss velkomne fra første stund. Det er tydelig at det legges mye kjærlighet i både stedet og gjestene. Og så må vi nevne bollene… de var rett og slett himmelske! Vi kommer definitivt tilbake, og anbefaler dette stedet på det varmeste til alle som ønsker en annerledes og minnerik opplevelse i naturskjønne omgivelser

Formidable emplacement pour cette très belle maison, parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Anders a été très amical, proactif et réactif par messagerie. De petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée, et le salon était très joliment décoré pour Noël. Le jacuzzi à 40 degrés face au fjord est un must ! Un seul léger bémol sur la propreté de la cuisine qui était correcte mais pas irréprochable. Une très belle adresse à recommander sans hésitation. Encore merci pour ces très belles fêtes de Noël à Bergen.

Det er andre gang vi har vært hos Monica og det har vært helt supert begge ganger ☺️! Hvis noen skal til Bergen så anbefaler vi å dra hitt. Veldig rolig sted!

Et flott sted for familier. Stille og rolig område. Eget uteområde. Var velutstyrt kjøkken. Varmt og lunt i alle rom. Altibox fungerte fint. Gangavstand til bybanen, bussterminalen og kjøpesenter. Vi likte oss veldig godt

My rating is 10 out of 10 — it was an amazing stay! The house was absolutely spotless, very warm and comfortable. The host, Lars, is a very welcoming and kind person. He met us and picked us up from the nearest bus stop, as we were traveling around Norway by public transport. He also kindly offered to drive us to the airport, which was especially helpful during the Easter holidays. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, to relax both body and soul, and to enjoy the stunning Norwegian landscapes. Hiking, fishing, and barbecuing are all great ways to spend time here. There is a bus stop just a one-minute walk from the house. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the center of Bergen, and the buses run right on schedule — booking tickets online is the best option. A special thank you to our host Lars for being so attentive to his guests — and for the fresh eggs!👍

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Wasser mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum sitzen, baden und einfach sein. Der Blick auf das Wasser vom Wohnzimmer aus ist einfach traumhaft. Das Haus ist geräumig und wird schnell zu einem Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Fähre und der Supermarkt sind gut zu erreichen. Guri war eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat mir alles persönlich gezeigt. Ich komme gerne wieder 😊

A great place to stay if you're driving from Bergen to Stryn! 30min drive to Bergen city center. the apartment is on the second floor so please expect stairs. everything is cozy clean and warm in the apartment, a lot of greenery, well equipped kitchen and modern rooms. Irina is super welcoming, would love to come again.

Koselig og fin leilighet. Hyggelig å bli møtt av julebelysning. Generelt en vert som har øyet for slike detaljer som gjør at en føler seg velkommen i leiligheten. Kort vei til bybane, turområde og butikk.

Ce séjour a été l’un des meilleurs que j’ai pu faire grâce à ce logement incroyable ! Tout était parfait : très propre, super bien équipé, avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’emplacement est top, proche de tout. Julia a été très réactif, attentionné, et a vraiment veillé à ce qu’on ne manque de rien. Nous sommes restés 3 jours, et honnêtement, le seul regret, c’est de ne pas être restés plus longtemps. Je recommande à 100 %, et j’espère vraiment pouvoir revenir très bientôt !

We had a wonderful stay at Karsten’s Airbnb! It was in an absolutely beautiful area and walkable to everywhere in town. The apartment was very clean & cozy, we felt right at home. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again!

Une maison atypique dans un environnement magnifique La vue est à couper le souffle est l’endroit tellement paisible! Marita est adorable est très attentionnée. De mon côté j’ai profité de baignade dans le fjord , du sauna et sur les conseils de Marita nous avons pu faire une découverte du fjord en bateau semi-rigide… expérience en famille superbe À bientôt 🌺🇳🇴

Sehr schöne Wohnung, die exakt den Fotos enspricht. Alles sauber und ein sehr warmer Empfang. Marie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, sollte man schon mobil sein und 30 Min Fahrt einplanen🚗 norheimsund und die Sauna in Bjørkheim haben uns sehr gut gefallen oder auch der Fabrikverkauf von Dale of Norway. Auch kann man den Steinsdalvossen gut besichtigen oder den Vikedalshebbet. Hinter dem Haus geht der Wanderweg los und führt einen direkt steil in die Berge hoch. Ein toller Ausblick und eine super Küche mit viel Arbeitsfläche und der Ofen sorgen dafür, dass man wunschlos glücklich ist und sofort den Alltag vergisst😊

My partner and I stayed at Eldrid's place for a long weekend and found it so cosy to stay in, with views of the mountains, the fire place and living room. The place is so beautiful and Eldrid welcomed us on arrival. The apartment is about 30 minutes walk to the centre, or an easy tram or bus ride. We really appreciated the fridge filled with eggs, cheese and milk, as well as the chocolates! We definitely would like to come back to do more exploring around Bergen.

Vi var på gjennomreise og trengte et kort opphold med overnatting før turen videre. Alt var som det skulle være og vi var kjempe fornøyd med stedet. Vi fikk i tillegg oppgradert til en større leilighet i huset for et mindre mellomlegg, noen som passet helt supert for oss , tipp topp tommel opp 👍

Our stay at the cabin was amazing. Everything was according to the description, the cabin has all the things you might need for a comfy stay. We got a map with the trail marked and we easily made it to the cabin. I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in peace and quiet, surrounded by nature

This place is absolutely magical—if it is available, please don’t let the opportunity slip by! The photographs and descriptions give you a very good, accurate sense of what awaits. It is beautiful. What photos cannot convey is the “vibe”—you will leave feeling peaceful, relaxed, and recharged. Really, Adrian’s cabin is in a league of its own.

A stunning and peaceful spot right by the sea! The views of the ocean and the surrounding mountains are absolutely breathtaking. The house was clean and in great condition, just as shown in the photos. The hosts were friendly and communication was smooth. They had even decorated the house for Easter. Tysnes Island is tranquil, with beautiful nature all around. This accommodation is an excellent choice for relaxing, fishing (the shoreline is deep and you can catch fish there), and exploring the outdoors.

Vi hadde et strålende opphold. Hytta var veldig fin, ren og hadde alt vi trengte. Den hadde en flott beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt, og det var enkel og god kommunikasjon med verten.

Beautiful views and a peaceful and relaxing stay at a lovely cabin. Great communication from the host.

Knock-out location at the end of a small headland on a small island, fronting on to a sheltered fjord. Comes with its own boat and kayaks. The boat can be used to travel to the local supermarket across the water - the supermarket has its own pier. This is a wonderful old, authentic Norwegian 'hytte' that oozes nordic charm. It was sunny and dry during our stay so we sat out on the deck reading, drinking coffee and enjoying the amazing views and ambience of the place. The inside is restrained and tastefully decorated with much evidence that the hytte is still used by Eva's family. It really felt like someone's home with lots of personal touches. We loved it and hope Eva doesn't update or modernise anything since it's just perfect as it is. The WC was a waterless incinerator device that we weren't quite sure of at first but worked utterly perfectly. We'll be back one day possibly with other younger members of our family so that they too can experience this incredible place.
