Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Here you live peacefully in a nice apartment with everything you need, patio/balcony and barbecue area down in the green grass. There is access to a laundry room (extra cost) There is also access to an electric car charger 11kwh (extra cost)

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Huset har två badrum ett med dusch och badkar samt ett badrum med dubbeldusch. Tillhörande finns också en stor pool på 10x3,5m som är tillgänglig september ut.
