Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

Aida is a self-contained suite within the owner’s family home. Sleeps 2 (+2 children*) It has its own entrance, lounge (with sofa-bed) bedroom and bathroom. Hot tub available. Tea/coffee included. Barston, listed by The Telegraph as one of the poshest villages in the UK, enjoys a rural location yet 10 mins away from the NEC and Birmingham Airport. The village has 2 excellent gastro pubs and many nearby eateries, including a Michelin star restaurant. Airport parking/transfers available.

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Ground floor studio with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite in a quiet residential area of South Birmingham with great local amenities. Free on road parking outside. Attached to main property but studio is totally private and guests have sole access throughout their stay. Coffee/tea and milk provided. Nearest train station is Pineapple Road - 2 miles, goes to Kings Heath, Moseley and New Street Nearest bus stop to city centre - 5 min walk, number 35.
