Cute self-contained sleep out.

Self-contained with bedroom, bathroom and tea/coffee station. Opens onto a small patio in our super sunny garden. We live in the main house on the property but our guest house is at the rear of the property and is nice and private. We do have a small dog that is sometimes in the garden. He’s super friendly but can be kept away if needed. Great location, bus stop at the top of the road which takes you straight into CBD in 15min. Ferry is also located in Birkenhead which is about 5km away.

Enjoy a resort style stay in this centrally located property. Newly built and styled, this studio is separate from the main house and comes with the use of a deep salt water pool (unheated). Featuring a king sized bed (with Citta bedding), mini fridge, toaster (with Vogels or sourdough, butter and jam) and coffee plunger. Situated in the lively Ponsonby area, it is a five min walk to Ponsonby Road restaurants and a 30 min walk to CBD. The bus to Britomart is a six min walk away.

This small self-contained studio is situated in the back garden of our house and is accessed via its own private entrance. Please note there are a few stairs so no wheelchair access. It is fully equipped with its own bathroom, kitchen, washing machine and deck. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Located in Grey Lynn, which is one of Auckland's very popular inner-city suburbs. We are close to public transport and only 10-15 minutes from the city centre and Ponsonby.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

Nikau Garden Studio Grey Lynn

Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
